I wouldn't jump to the conclution that you are falling in love...I would say that you are infactuated with the idea of being with a person that has the qualities of the person. you want what that person has to offer...What you have to remember is that this person is not "yours", and you should not in any way interfer with their relationship. What you should do is list what it is that you like about that person, and ask the person you're with if they would consider doing some of these things for you.

I depends if the person feels the same way. If not you have to get over it and let them get married, if so then you have to break up with your partner before you try to do something with the person who is about to get married.

Re evaluate the relationship which you are currently in. It may not have a thing to do with the friend about to marry.

Respect the person you're with and particularly the person about to be married. Sometimes you can't help falling in love, but you don't have to act on it. Admire them from afar but don't be selfish and screw it up for everyone.

Well if this person is about to be married then you need to leave things the way they are if they don't have the same interest in you that you have in them.

You leave them alone and perhaps find a new person for yourself since clearly your significant other is not holding your interest. All you will do if you let the person know is probably ruin any friendship that exists.

You need to go down on your knees and pray. Not for you to end up with this soon to be married person, but for GOD's will to done, not your own will. Be careful, remember "Thou shalt not covet your neighbour's wife... or anything that belongs to your neighbour" (and everyone is considered your neighbour). And that is not nice, what you're doing to the one you're with. "Therefore all things whatsoever
you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them..."

You better tell that person before they get married and tell your significant other as well. The sooner the better.
