I want to ask this girl out but i don't know how. i don't know what to say or do in front of her and her friends. i'm scared she is going to ignore me or just walk away. since she doesn't know me.she has seen me because she was in my pe class. my friend knows her but i don't want to ask him about her because i want to doit by my self. please tell me waht to say or do in front of her. please i need your help.

Just be yourself. Go up to her and say hi before or after school. Smile. Then tell her something nice -- like that you like the jacket or ear-rings she has on. Ask if you can help her with her books or her back-pack on the way to class. At this point, if she doesn't say something mean then she probably thinks it's OK for you to keep on talking.
Then just ask her if she'd like to go out. Have a specific day and a specific activity in mind. If she says yes ask for her phone number, and call her the next day to confirm.
You don't have to try to impress her. Talking to someone for the first time is never easy and it's going to make her feel pretty good to know that you made the effort.

Hmmm I wouldnt have a professional opinoin. But just start a conversation with her and in the middle of it ask her. It does take guts but its not like shes gonna bite you if she says no oh well but if she says yes good job!

In high school there was this one girl I really liked.
I knew that I didn't have a chance of being with her, but I still asked her to the prom.
Of course she said no, but I was at peace with myself because I got it out of my system (asking her out)

well you should casually go up to her (preferably not in front of her friends but when shes alone) and be like hey, are you doing anything (fill in the blank) night? cuz I'm going to this awesome party and i would love it if you came... of I'm know this great restaurant...
