my brother is 18 nearly 19 he is moving in with his mate........his mate is not working and is only getting £90 a fortnight and its the same as my brother he is only getting £90 as well and he has to pay £20 a fortnight then they have buy there own food do you reckon he will cope or do you reckon it wont be long before he goes home i just worry because he hangs with the wrong group what do you think am i worrying over note HELP

I love my boyfriend so much and i want to marry him one day..but we were raised quite differently...he is very reserved, and has very strong values....im not a crazy girl or anything, but i like to party a bit, and my type of friends are in a completely different world than his..i think i just didnt have as many rules growing up. Im willing to change a few things about myself because i think hes worth it 100%...and he even said that if there was anything i thought he needed to change about himself to tell him so he could work on it...but i couldnt think of one single thing i would change. I really want this to work out...any advice? similar stories?

Confidence definitely plays a role in one's friendships. If your quiet then you have a hard time expressing yourself and your confidence. If "being yourself" is more quiet, then how do you gain and show your confidence so people will want to be around you more?

I have this friend that I have been friends with since 1st grade! We are now juniors in high school! She told me the other day that she was liked girls! I did not hold tht against her at all! But then yesterday she told me that she wanted to date me and spend the rest of our lives together! I always thought that we would be friends forever but not that kind of friends! Ok, in my school "going out" with someone means there your boyfriend/girlfriend. So there is this guy name John and recently i noticed him looking at me during class and now i like him but he is really popular and i'm not really popular but kind of popular. And he is really athletic so all his friends are "jocks" and they are popular also. One of his really good friends is my ex-boyfriend to and i'm afraid that if my ex tells John that i would be a really bad girlfriend that John won't like me anymore.

Well i'm a girl by the way. I like this guy yeah. We're both in the same year in school. But i've liked him for a while now. My friend says he likes me too but she has a tendancy to lie but recently i've caught him looking at me and smiling. I sit next to him in french class and my other friend said she saw him looking at me and smiling and when i looked up he turned away and went red. But now he's always talking to me. Hi, i am 14 years old and I have a relationship problem. I Have a male friend in fact he is my best friend that is going out with a girl i have liked for a few months and I believe she realizes this. There is this guy , we were talking for a few weeks. He seemed ok. He asked for a date. I agree to meet him. Then the night before the date, he calls me at 2 AM. Drunk, slurring his words, tells me he is to drunk to go out tomorrow, and to call him he might feel better to go. I was like whatever. That was about 3 months ago. Now, he calls and e-mails me, (4 times so far) saying he knows he is a jerk, and can we talk and go out. I felt that was wrong and very disrespectful. What would you guys do?????

and I know I am lucky to have him. But I am so insecure still. I am divorced as my ex husband used to drink and stay out at bars all night. I left him as I felt i deserved more than that. The guy im with now would never do that and he doesnt even go to bars. he is a home type of man and he wants us to buy a house together and start for a baby But I still feel insecure that another woman will take him from me. I am jelous of other woman and I worry in my mind if good looking women are around. I am quite good looking but feel that he will get bored of me after being with me for a long time and will maybe start getting intrested by other women as people keep telling me that men cant help it.

does anyone else here feel these same fears? any tips on how to stop them? I have talked to my partner about it and he says that he loves me and only wants me. I really need to get over this! Any tips?

i have a friend, i dont know if i can really call him a friend because he (spread such lies about me that i lost all my close friends and i was isolated for almost a year. now my friends know the truth and they have all come and apologised to me and said they were sorry for hurting me and believeing the friend. for all his lies. we were drinking yesterday and we got to this topic where i cried my heart out for all the days we suffered and everything they had done to me. but this friend of mine didnot agree to some of the lies ( my friends are still inviting him to the parties at my insistance because i know how it feels to feel lonely cus i have been thru that myself) and i started hitting him and i hit him so bad that he is now a little hurt, nothing serious just scatches and wounds here and there. but i feel a little guilty now. the guy is my house mate and i dont know how to deal with the situation? i wish i didnt hit him but he hurt me so bad....
