when both of you care enough to accommodate each other and not just to be hooked together because of sex only. When you want the best for your partner, when you care for them that it hurts inside and when you consider them and their feelings first. Finally time will help you to separate those emotional-infatuation feelings and true love feelings

Infatuation/lust = Sex

Love = You cannot say I love you to love someone, you have to "do" I love you to love someone. Actions speak louder than words.

You stay with someone and support them in their darkest and ugliest hours. You could easily say, "Ewww, you're not attractive anymore! See ya 'round!", but you don't.
That's love.
Hope this helps.

Lust and love are easily distinguishable.
You will know when you are "in love" with someone and it is not just a sexual thing cause it will slap you upside the head harder than you can possibly imagine.

Time will tell.

How long have you known each other / have you been together?

If it's multiple months and not just weeks, it's probably love.
