Put the guilt on her. Sit her down and trully act ashamed. Tell her that its not something you do often but sometimes you feel the relationship does not have the spice it once had. You wanted to talk to her about it but did not want her to feel like it was her fault. Then ask her to help you make this better. This should have a possitive result on the situation, plus it will put her on a mission to make you feel that "spice".
