See I'm pretty and young i'm 18 and like everyone tells me how pretty or beautiful I am...and I know i am aswell....But like No one wants to date me...I have a great peronality and it's like whats wrong with you guys are you afraid of prettty girls who have a good head on their shoulders...I even go out and try to meet people but that doesn't work either ......What should i do?

Expand your horizons. Looks are good but there has to be more that you are not saying. Are you new the area? Do you have friends? Do you work? There are many ways to find a date and anyone can get a date if they lower their standards. But I would suggest that you don't go that route. You sound like you have you summed up into a nice package. But you are still in question of yourself.
Try this, instead of waiting for anyone to come along find someone you would like to date. Find out a couple of things about them and learn what they are interested in. Then take the time to learn about the things they are interested in. Doing this will not solve your problem but people in general are much more open to others that have a genuine interest in similar interests. Don't stalk and don't use flesh use your own style to make you interesting to others. Be yourself but don't be all about yourself. This is all about advertising. Sell yourself as what you want in return and nothing short of that. Keep a decent profile and talk to others about whatever the topic is but don't change the topic to what you want to talk about unless the conversation is headed in that direction. You say you have brains then I say use them but don't flaunt your brains or your looks. Being shy is hard to judge from a guys point of view. It can be taken a number of different ways. Mostly stuck up, snob, and other names. You will have to step outside of your comfort zone and open up to people. Ask questions to get people to talk to you. If you come up with some simple questions that only require a few words to answer then what have you lost? Be courteous speak clearly. I am shy in unknown surrounds but I always seem to find people to talk to within a short time. Being that self conscious is not good for you and it makes you look even worst to a guy that wants to talk to you.

Try to be a little more humble and down to earth. You can try using the word "like" less often. Don't wear too much makeup if you do. Act as if every guy you meet is a potential friend instead of a potential boyfriend. Some people can sense if you are in hunting mode. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are as pretty as you say and have a good head on your shoulders, then you will find mr. right sooner or later.

Okk, I don't want you to take this offensively but maybe it could be something with your ego. Guys turn away from girls that are conceited, although it could be something else. I bet you are very pretty but sometimes guys just want a ditzy, hot girl who knows nothing and you don't want to be known as that. Just give it time I promise sooner or later you'll meet someone that wants to date you.

Guys are not afraid of you they are afriad of your looks! They think that since you are pretty you will not date them! You need to ask them out! They might also think that you already have a boyfriend! So to answer your question I think you need to ask them!
