I have recently split with my partner of 5 year whom I own a house with.
The problem is he won't accept the relationship is over so has stated that he will not sell.
The relationship ended over 2 months ago and it is becoming increasingly difficult and upsetting for both myself and my partner to live under the same roof.
I have a new place to go to in a couple of months and need my house sorted, whether its sold or I am bought out of it as I can't afford to still contribute towards my house and the new place.
Where do I stand? What are my rights? Am I entitled to anything?
We have owned the house for 2 years.
Can anyone offer advice on what steps i should take?

i am a frshman at highschool and i go to a l;ifeteen group at my church. there my friend and i met these two guys and both of them like my friend, but i really like one of them. the one i like has been calling me and talking to me all the time but he comes to me for advice on how to hook up my friend and him. both of these guys are seniors in highschool. my friend and i are freshman. please help?
he even offers to pick me up from school so i don't have to take the bus.

This is me again. My bf and I are still not talking, it has been over 10 days now. He always avoids me whenever we have conflict which I find to be very hurting to me. It feels like having my feelings discounted. Anyway, I am doing good, I started to take a class, keeping busy, but there are times I really miss him. ok, well one of my friends asked me if i wanted to go with him to the military ball.i told him that i would think about it, but after thinking about it i really didnt want to go with him. Not to be mean or anything. Is jus he was expecting more from me, and i just dont see him like that. So i wrote him a note telling him the truth of why i didnt want to go with him. Divorce decree states Ex is to pay 50% of medical bills after Ins. pays. Dr. sent him a bill. He now is threatening me with legal action for giving Dr. his name as responsible party for his portion. Dr. office agreed with him. How do I advise him of his portion and make him accountable to pay it? In the past, any Dr. bills I paid 100% and have tried to collect from him go un-answered and un-paid.

I am seeing this girl but her weight worries me.... she is skinny... and told me in an email that she had lost weight due to stress at work... I dont think that it is possible for her to lose too much more... so I told her that it upsets me that she has lost weight....

I am 21 and I've been married almost a year. We work really hard to make bills on time and I'm going to school full time. I want to have a baby so bad. But I know babies take alot of time and money which I don't have. It really hurts to see my sisters and my friends having babies one after another when I can only dream of having one at the moment. Are there any other women who feel this way, or been through this any advice or counsel to make me feel better.

Since they already have a VERY good idea we are planning this:

Should we tell our parents of destination wedding upon first meeting; they never met before .... tell them of our plans at first meeting?

My fiance and I have recently decided to have a destination wedding and not invite ANYONE, including our parents.

My parents divorced over 20 years ago and still HATE each other. Both have re-married since then. My fiance's parents are still married and would really like us to have a TRADITIONAL wedding, as would my mother and my grandmother.

While they have an idea of our plans, we are thinking of having them (my mother and stepfather and his parents) meet for the first time for dinner and announce our wedding plan.

We think that they are less likely to get overly upset in the presence of future in-laws, and this will allow them to let the news settle in for a little while.

Is this an ambush to spring it on them like this, or a good idea, so we don't get a guilt trip?
