Don't know if there is really a reason. They just don't. I don't understand why it is hard to return a call out of courtesy, but it just is what it is. Generally speaking, of course. There are some men who don't fall into this category, but they are rare.

oh' trust me,they do! Some will call 24/7 if they think you
