he has text me seein how i am askinin what new job i have and if im ok coz i havent heard from me, he kknows i said if we breka up easy to have no conatct, he has emailed me 2day goin i dont expect u to b nice to me but at lest tb say u ok and stuf.shal i thing is im not that ok im unhap bout us 2 and i no that this happens even thoe i dont think he wonts me back this time afraid i wil get hurt as i wont more and he wil have me were he wonts me again at his beckon cal or he wil only text wen he alone at nite or bored/ i fink i should easy for me to move on but i feel mean ?

I understand that you feel mean but the longer this guy is in your life the harder the break up will be. Personally I would change my number and email addr if possible and have no contact at all until I was 100% over him and happy in my life.
A few months down the line you can always get in touch with him just as friends. But the chances are by then you will feel so happy without him in your life and you will not want to contact him..
I have tried staying friendly with ex's straight after a break up and it doesnt work, there is always one of you wanting more than friendship and either one or both of you end up getting more hurt.

If i am understanding the question right. You should move on. Some guys like to hold on even though a relationship has ended. If you only hear from him when he is lonely or bored then he is looking for a booty call or to just pass the time away. Don't give him the satisfaction of having you at his convenience. MOVE on
