before we were married and we agreedthat we would wait a couple years to have "us" time. One night, after spending the evening with his sister and her rambuncious children, he tells me that he could wait another 5 years to have kids. Needless to say, we got into a large discussion about it. He doesn't feel like we're responsible enough to have kids. He feels like we don't do things like we should and are lazy...i.e. get the oil changed in the cars when needed, make dr's appts, etc. I tried to explain to him that ALOT of things change when you have children and you have to learn to adapt and change your lifestyle. I told him that not even the most organized person remembers to make a dentist appt. sometimes! But I don't think he's convinced. Now I may never get to be a mom....and I'm afraid to say that if I had known this before we got married, maybe we wouldn't have....

Excuse me for being depressed but life right now for me is very depressing. My question is how come love stinks? Been divorced for six months and the only one that has seen any action is my cheating ex wife. I have met women who are very different than my ex wife and it's hard for me to start over. Any suggestions??

GIRLS, what kind of things do u look for in a relationship material guy? I've been dating and searching for someone who fits me and no one seems to be relationship material evryone wants to party and be friends and get drunk u kno the whole one nighter thing, (which btw i dont do!) what is it that a guy can do to really get a girls attention without lookin to much like they want a relationship right after they've met? i mean most girls seem scared off becuz i want a relationship i thought it was the other way around i thought we were supposed to be uncommitted wuts up someone help me!!!?!?!?!?!?!

I have been with my girl almost a year now...i have never cheated on her & not even planning on doing so. Whenever i talk to other girls who r just friends..she starts acting up & whenever i m away from her she calls me & asks me where i am what i am doing? I work with a DJ so i go to parties a lot...after every party she asks me..if someone was hitting on me or not? She inquires alot whenever it has to do with me n some other girl. when i tell her i m not cheating she gets mad. i dont know why she do that...is it possible that she could be cheating on me thats why she wants to know everything or she loves me alot? i dont know what to do..please guide me. I wanna know what could be the reasons she always doubts & inquires?

All of the bridesmaids dresses that I like are sleeveless. I live in Houston,so it isnt really that cold here, hardly ever. Is sleeveless in December (indoor) not a good idea?

I know this girl she is 27 and I'm 29, right now she is in final stage of her divorce and been separated from here husband for almost a year. I like here a lot and I know she feels the same way....she told me so and all the body language signs are hard to ignore. I've made my intentions very clear and she didn't resist but now she is telling me that she is worried because her divorce isn't done and she wouldn't want to loose me as friend...what does she mean by that?
what can I say to make her feel better about this?

I'm on a relatively tight budget and don't want a lot of flowers, anyway. However, as it stands right now, I have no idea of what I even want! My colors are black and ivory and would really just like something simple that is not too overused in weddings. No roses, no lillies, no calla lilies. i have fourth hour with him, im really shy and while i sit in the back of the class, hes assigned to the front.
I see him in the halls ALOT, where we make eye contact, and i blush but he looks sort of bashful.
Once i was walking with a friend when i had to turn around really fast, and he was right behind me and i almost ran into him.

My spanish teacher was quizzing him with hard question, so i smiled at him, and he sort of did back but didnt look at me..
He walks by where i eat lunch sometimes with his friend, but one time i was with a guy (he had his arm around me for some reason) andd he quickly turned around i think
Whenever i look back at him and his friend, he is looking in the direction im leaving...
i cant tell if he likes me, or its just a "hey ur in my class and im gonna look at you becuase i feel like it"
LOL im ver ver confused becuase ive never talked to him!

My friend just told me it was like something ordinary, but i was shocked when i heard it, because i'd always thought eigth grade was sort of too early for boyfriend, let alone sex. And then my friend told me that a couple of girls in my grade had...

I've been dating a very beautiful girl for over a year now. Prolly the most beautiful girl i've ever dated and ever will date. Anyway, We just had our one year anniversary on the 5th and two weeks before christmas i bought her a $400.00 diamond ring from kays for christmas. It was a promise ring and i thought it would really show her how much i care for her. But i had to give it to her two weeks before christmas because she had to leave with her family to go to california to visit her whole family and she came back on the 7th of janurary and sent me a e-mail saying she wants to break up because "Theres no connection anymore". So i told her i would have to get the ring back because i'm still paying for it and she said that shes lost it. I'm not that worried about the ring i'm mostly wanting her back because i really do love her. What should i do?

My boyfriend broke my heart six months ago. i was absolutely devestated for a couple months..
slowly i stopped thinking about it as much
now, six months later its like i am back where i started.. i keep dreaming about him and thinking about him..
and as much as i hate him.. wishing we were still together.

The last time I was with my ex was in thanksgiving. It ended abrubtly. He couldnt take it anymore and left. He said I ruined the realtionship. Since then he has not called me or communicated with me just my sister.(to check on me). He came to the states to meet my family in the holidays because he wanted to make things right between us. He has cheated on me in the past but says and tell my sister his reasons, his reasoning to everyone he talks to is, he was not married to me, we never were intimate and it was a bachelor party thing. This is after we had made a commitment to be togther...except I was really wishy washy about the whole thing(being with him). He did jump thru hoops to try to get me back but I was really not nice , I was mean....and now that I hae not heard from him, especially after all the traveling he did to meet my family and we didnt , I feel very depressed, and hurt...I wonder if I should pursue in trying to get him back since he says he did all he can do to get me ?

My dad is a controlling freak
My parents r divorced and they moved on and married
Im still in th middle
I want to live with my mom but my dads wont agree with ANYTHING
My dad used to controll my mom but she broke free know that he cant controll her he controlls me
My dad can be violent not like bad bad but if u dont listen you get a smack ...not me the boys in my family
I cry every night and stay up till 1 wishhing i was with my mom

My bf and I have been dating for 5 months. Before me, he dated a girl for 3 years. She lives in MN, and he lived there too until he moved to VA (where I live) for law school. They're very close because they were best friends for such a long time. Last semester, she was constantly calling him and sending him cards, trying to get him back. He assures me he's not interested in her, but nonetheless, they still talk a lot. For instance, he's supposed to come over to hang out with me tonight, but he got a call from her and they've been talking for an hour. He called me and said she called and that he'd be over soon. This REALLY bothers me. I don't talk to my exes for hours. But then again, I never dated someone for 3 years. Is it weird that this bothers me so much? I'm trying to be understanding because he's been up front and honest, but part of me keeps assuming the worst (that there's still something there). What should I do?
