I got married in Dec in NYC, my girls wore sleeveless dresses. I was so worried, I had them each have a wrap, but I was still concerned that they would be freezing. Unfortunately, its hard to find a bridesmaid dress that actually has sleeves, even in the dead of winter.
As it turned out, we were married on the freakishly warmest weekend of the winter. It was 70 degrees the night of our rehearsal, we all were able to walk down to the river and pretty much all over down town without coats or taking cabs. Then my wedding day was 68 degrees and sprinkling rain. It was great.
I wouldnt worry about it too much, if you are concerned than put them in a wrap as well, but I doubt you will need it. And if they are cold, there are always their dates jackets to throw over their shoulders. Most girls love to do that anyway!
Best wishes!

I was at a wedding last year in Saskatchewan, Canada (where I live) in late November so very cold here then. The Bridesmaids and bride had either strapless or spaghetti strap dresses. They actually rented these faux fur stole/crop jacket pieces in one of the wedding colors. Really cute. Talk to a bridal store...i'm sure they will have some solutions.

I got married indoors New Years Eve 2006 in Alberta,Canada. we all had no sleeves and it got very hot in the hall so I am thankful we went that way. Most of our guests also had no sleeves and had shawls if they got cold. It was so warm the people who went outside to smoke even went without their coats and we left the doors open for a while. It is fine
I lived in Kingsville,Texas for a year when I was in high school and with what I remember of Texas don't even consider wearing sleeves dress material is very hot let your ladies be comfortable no sleeves! If you want they can get a matching wrap to their dresses.

They might look a little naked if they were here in Ohio, but not in Texas. You wouldn't expect a dress worn in the Carribbean in December to have sleeves, just because it's December.
You should be just fine.

I think that as long as the wedding is indoors, then the sleevesless dresses are ok. good luck with your wedding. I hope you have many years of happiness.
