Are you parents yelling at each other or hurting one another? If there is abuse happening, ( mentally, emotionally, physically, or verbally, or all of them) you could talk to a friend, police officer, priest, neighbor,... and get help for them and for you. I am sorry you are going through this, it is hard on you and I'll be praying for you.

Move in with some relatives that don't fight. Everyone has a different coping mechanism. If you parents are physical when they argue, call the police on them. They sound childish and inconsiderate of your needs as their child. Poor thing. I hope you get some help.

If your around them anywhere, your going to hear them regardless of what you do. Impossible to ignore.
Tomorrow when they cool down, talk to them an tell them how you feel when they fight. If they don't want to listen, then maybe you could stay with a friend or relatives till they get the message.
Good Luck!

Not really. Do you know the reason that they fight? And what type of fight are they having? Are they arguing or physically fighting? If it's physical, you may want to get involved my calling the police so no one gets hurt.

Find something you like to do......or maybe listen to music...go hang out with a friend?...As cheesy as it sounds.....remember that their fight isn't your fault and that they love you.
