i have fourth hour with him, im really shy and while i sit in the back of the class, hes assigned to the front.
I see him in the halls ALOT, where we make eye contact, and i blush but he looks sort of bashful.
Once i was walking with a friend when i had to turn around really fast, and he was right behind me and i almost ran into him.
My spanish teacher was quizzing him with hard question, so i smiled at him, and he sort of did back but didnt look at me..
He walks by where i eat lunch sometimes with his friend, but one time i was with a guy (he had his arm around me for some reason) andd he quickly turned around i think
Whenever i look back at him and his friend, he is looking in the direction im leaving...
i cant tell if he likes me, or its just a "hey ur in my class and im gonna look at you becuase i feel like it"
LOL im ver ver confused becuase ive never talked to him!

You need to talk to him, then! If you think he appears bashful, then that could explain the looking at you, and then turning away without speaking.
You need to say something to him, even if it's just a "hi" to see how he'd react to your talking to him. If you're shy, too, this would be perfect for you, because it's being polite with no give-aways or commitments. If you're unsure of how he's feeling, then the next time you catch him looking at you, just smile at him (like when you're making the eye contact in the halls) and see how he responds to your smile. You can usually tell if they're genuinely shy, or if the looks are just coincidence. Good luck!

I do not think you are insane like some other people said, but it does seem like he is shy and you are too. So I think you should CASUALLY bump into him or somehow manage to start up a conversation to get to know him better and break the ice, and see for yourself if he is into you or not.

I would go for it! I mean, if you were t die in five minutes, would you want him to know how you feel about him. We often don't realize things like what you said unless we are looking for them. He probably is into you, or he's a stalker. If you talk to him, you either hook up or get rid of a stalker. JK
