Being rejected for being broke is low but how can someone avoid it? Is it possible without directly asking " Hey do you date poor guys? "

One way is to ask her former dates. Or, the first date is the location and what she order.

Whatever you do, don't try asking her or tricking her into letting you know.
We can spot that test a mile away. It just makes us think the guy might be cheap and doesn't care enough about the girl.
Most females don't care about how fat or thin the guys wallet is.
She will more than likely know already that you don't have much money by telling her what you do to make a living, what car you drive, your clothes and shoes.
Any girl that rejected you in the past over your lack of money must have been blind and very shallow.
I doubt if you will come across that situation too many times.
You can relax. If a girl is in to you, money never matters.

Get them a really cheap gift and see how they react.
If you ask point blank they might tell you a story, but remember actions speak louder than words.
To be honest, I personally don't want a rich guy, just someone who can take care of himself. I have a pretty good job, and I want someone who can take care of the bills for a while if should be out of work for a little while for whatever reason (childbirth, family ...)

If you get rejected for being broke, there wasn't much there to begin with. If you're charming enough she shouldn't care unless she's a really big snob or her main purpose in dating is to mooch off guys. Neither kind of girl do you want to date. My guess is if your having dating issues, it's not due to being broke.

Why should we be expected to date poor guys? I don't want to have to pay for dinner for BOTH of us every week. Why do I have to buy the movie tickets? Why do we have to drive MY car everywhere and use up MY gas? Why do I have to bring you food at work cos you're too broke to feed yourself? Why do I have to loan you 20 bucks for gas? If you're a poor guy all I have to say is this: GET A BETTER JOB OR STAY HOME! I AM NOT YOUR MAMA!

The best way is the direct approach. Ask her, point blank, what her views on money are. If she can't answer that simple question, I doubt you will like her very much anyway.

become friends with her and ask her about her future. if she has wants that only a millionaire could support, you know shes shallow...but if she says she just wants to be happy with the many she loves, chances are she doesn't judge on a socialistic scale. also avoid high maintenance girls, it's expensive to go prada :P
