I met my husband through work while he was still married.We were old collegues and on friendly terms.Nothing ever happened between us while he was still married other than a few suggestive glances and some flirting that he tried to instigated but i backed off.His ex. wife thinks other wise and has insulted me calling me a whore she actually came to my job to tell me off and insults me in front of their children. I did not start seeing him till 6 months after his divorce and married him a year later.So i do not understand her point of view?

The court gave temporary custody to my exhusband even though he in in contempt of court orders of our divorce decree. On 2 separate occassions he and his wife has filed false accusatations with DHR, behind in child support. The order was for 60 yo 90 days. ( Dec.13,05 - March 28,06 ) From Aug 8,05 - Dec.18,06 my case has been has continued 10 times. My next court date is April 18,07. I have had 3 different lawyers since this case Aug.05. first went to court.the 1st. laywer license were suspended, 2nd lawyer was denied the right to object on my behalf (ignored ) the day my son was taken from me, 3rd and present lawyer seems to have no recourse in defending me. The court also appointed a Guard Ad Litem for my son, it was 3 months later when I found this out. She met with my son 2 times and stated that my son was very unhappy and depressed but yet he stongly voiced his opinion. She also denied me to seek professional council for my son after she stated that my son was depressed .

Am non custodial parent.paying Child Support.Child is 19.just found out thru some freinds that child has moved out of custodial parents home and is living w/ partner. works partime,going to college fulltime.custodial parent nor child has told me.Want to cancel child support since child no longer living with parent. will a judge rule in my favor? what classifies as proof that child is living elswhere?

Alright, Im probably being a little thick headed, but here goes, a lady Ive known casually for a few years came into the store and asked if I drank (this question came after a few minutes of chit chat), I replied yes on occasion, then out of no where she asked if I was single, and I replied yes. Thats basically how the story ends. I want to ask her out but Im afraid to say anything to a woman other than business related when Im working. My gf recently left me for a olympic longjumper!! My confidence is shattered. I am 19 years old. I'm 5ft 11,suttly spiked brown hair with big brown eyes. I "apparantly" have a nice smile. Im medium built and due to my line of work (fitness trainer) have quite a toned build. I have two tattoos. (not gruesome). Most say i am a very good looking bloke. I do have a slight temper but i would never do anything like strike a girl! I truly can't understand why she left. Im heartbroken. Shes given me no answers. Am i complete idiot for caring?

Two weeks ago was my 40th birthday and I wasn't feeling too good that

morning. I went to breakfast knowing my wife would be pleasant and say,

"Happy Birthday!", and probably have a present for me .. As it turned out,

she didn't even say good morning, let alone any happy birthday. I thought,

well, that's wives for you, the children will remember..The children came in

to breakfast and didn't say a word. So when I left for the office, I was

feeling pretty low and despondent..

As I walked into my office, my secretary Sara said, "Good morning, Boss.

Happy Birthday". And I felt a little better that someone had remembered. I

worked until noon, then Sara knocked on my door and said, "You know, it's

such a beautiful day outside, and it's your birthday, let's go to lunch,

just you and me. " I said, "By George, that's the greatest thing I've heard

all day. "Let's go!" We went to lunch. We didn't go where we normally go;

instead we went out to a private little place. We had two martinis and

enjoyed lunch tremendously. On the way back to the office, she said, "You

know, it's such a beautiful day we don't need to go back to the office, do

we?"

I said, "No, I guess not."

She said, "Let's go to my apartment."

After arriving at her apartment she said, "Boss, if you don't mind, I think

I'll go into the bedroom."

"Sure!" I excitedly replied.

She went into the bedroom and, in about six minutes, she came out carrying a

huge birthday cake...followed by my wife, children, and dozens of our

friends, all singing Happy Birthday.

And I just sat there...

on the couch...

Completely naked.

My mother has accumulated a large sum of diamonds and other jewels in her 83 years. We were having a discussion about who she should will them to. She has two daughters and three daughters-in-law. She doesn't like me because she says she has a feeling I'm gonna hurt Lizzy, my BFF, and I dont know how I could do that because she is like my BFF for life. Her mom also won't let Lizzy come over to my house and she wont let me come over to their house, this has been going on since the last time I was at their house.
