means he loves you and enjoys being with you but isn't quite sure if he loves you enough to spend the rest of his life with you. thats a hard decision to make, give him time.

Relax.What's the rush? Better to give it some time. Now, if all you want is marriage, and you've given it a fair amount of time,but he still says I don't know-then you can move on and find someone who will.
