Am non custodial parent.paying Child Support.Child is 19.just found out thru some freinds that child has moved out of custodial parents home and is living w/ partner. works partime,going to college fulltime.custodial parent nor child has told me.Want to cancel child support since child no longer living with parent. will a judge rule in my favor? what classifies as proof that child is living elswhere?

Not sure, but think I'd try a phonecall to your local Supreme Court Law Librarian or the Clerk at the Family Court and ask the same questions. Librarians generally know about this stuff and even if you can't get one from the S.Court, try a local librarian's reference desk and ask. Who do you actually hand the support money to; that'd be worth a shot, too.
