The court gave temporary custody to my exhusband even though he in in contempt of court orders of our divorce decree. On 2 separate occassions he and his wife has filed false accusatations with DHR, behind in child support. The order was for 60 yo 90 days. ( Dec.13,05 - March 28,06 ) From Aug 8,05 - Dec.18,06 my case has been has continued 10 times. My next court date is April 18,07. I have had 3 different lawyers since this case Aug.05. first went to court.the 1st. laywer license were suspended, 2nd lawyer was denied the right to object on my behalf (ignored ) the day my son was taken from me, 3rd and present lawyer seems to have no recourse in defending me. The court also appointed a Guard Ad Litem for my son, it was 3 months later when I found this out. She met with my son 2 times and stated that my son was very unhappy and depressed but yet he stongly voiced his opinion. She also denied me to seek professional council for my son after she stated that my son was depressed .
