So this girl told a few of my friends that Im obsessed with her even though we barely talk.. and to make matters worse, she lives next door to me. What should I do??

if that's true why are you worried about it? since you barely talk, don't talk period. this may not be a good idea really, but a thought is make a public display of yourself and tell her in front of those people you are not obsessed with her.

Spread a rumor on her and make it really bad like he is a lesbian you would know because you live next door to her. she'll leave you alone

Put down the binoculars, and turn off the surveillance camera pointing towards her house,quit calling every 30 seconds, and take your meds.

Don't talk to her at all, avoid her completely, don't pay any attention to what she says or does. This way your friends will see that she was lying!
