Ok, there's this guy who i like alot and i want to tell him but im scared. Practiclly every guy i like likes me only as a friend and thats what im worried about. My friends all think i should tell him even if he doesnt like me but im not sure what i should do. Do you think i should tell him?

Yes, tell him but these tips should help you :)
Part One: Getting To Know Him
Get to be friends with him. That can take away from nervousness.
Get to know his friends. They may be able to help you.
Get to know his personality. He may be hot, but maybe his personality is not.
Part Two: Telling His Friends
Casually start a conversation with his friends.
Ask then if they can keep a secret. You should be able to trust them.
Tell them. They may provide valuable information. Maybe he has a girlfriend you didn't now about.
Part Three: Telling That Special Guy
It will be easier than you think if you have followed parts one and two.
Tell his friends that you are about to tell him. They may leave you two alone for a while.
Sit by him before or after school, or during lunch.
Talk up a storm like an old fashioned girl. Maybe talk about what happened with his favortie sport last night, or some big event at school or in the news.
Ask him if it's alright to tell him a secret. Even if he says no, tell him it's very important.
Starts with, "Okay, this is kind of embarassing, but I absolutley had to tell you." This will get his attention. Add some mystery in there, holding off until the last possible second and say "______ I kind of like you as more than a friend." Smile and look innocent. Boy like that in a girl.
Wait for his reply, and if he doesn't like you the same way, ask if you two can still be friends.
Tips
Try to act calm and natural in front of him at all times, and don't wear whore-ish clothing or a lot of make-up. Boys do not like that.
Don't be shy when telling him, or say "never mind". This will make him crazy, and think that you were going to tell him something bad.
Make friends with him first! that is a MUST, then move on, also make frieds with his friends!
Warnings
If the boy doesn't like you the same way, not being his friend will make things worse.
If his friends aren't realiable, and it's obvious or you know it, leave out part two, and don't tell his friends.

well it really depends...are you guys already friends..if you are see what the friendship means to you...you dont want it to become awkward..but if your not friends...try to find a way into his circle of friends...or just go up and talk to him...see what his personality is like and all that jazz...dont just base it on looks and then when you guys become a little closer...or you think he likes you back..tell him..there is no shame in it and even if he doesnt feel the same way about you...its the biggest weight off your shoulders!! seriously...and youll be depressed for a bit but youll get over it! :P GOOD LUCK

Yes you should tell him how you feel, you never know you might just be surprised. I took that same leap myself and it was awesome. He felt the same way but wasn't sure how I felt. We both felt so silly after wards that we never spoke our feelings out loud. Just think of all the time you might be missing out by being afraid. Oh just to let cha know how awesome this turned for me. On Christmas eve he proposed . I am glad I took that chance. Just remember no matter what happens at least you were true to yourself and your feelings. Best of luck.

dont tell him right off but maybe hint around a little with some harmless jokes or flirting see how he takes that and move it up a little each time he'll either fall for it or shy away if he shys away back off and make sure he knows you were just playing so you can still be friends

you answered your own question! i bet every guy you like, you try to becoem friends with first. then they think that thats all you want from them, so they just stay friends with you. you have to let them know from the onset that you like them more then just friends. do what you friend told you, tell him! thats the only way to find out if he likes you or not. life is full of missed chances, but you are the only one that can do somethin bout it.

first, don't tell him you like him, just say you find him interesting, don't invest too much too soon, it only leads to heartache for a female, most guys are let down by forward women, once you have invested your feelings, it's hard to wiggle out of that one, it's easier to change your thoughts than your feelings about someone, you thought he was kool, now you realized he is an azzhole, nothing lost. feelings are something that is shared, you haven't shared anything yet. how can you have feelings?

Think about this: When you have other friends how do they know you enjoy each other? You don't have to send out a notice, just be yourself and it will show that you like him. If he doesn't see it in your eyes, and sees that you respect him, you won't get on with that guy no-how!

well how do u think he will respond for when you tell him
first of all dont flirt just when u can try and sort it out tell him u cant be living wit that just get over it
i had it before soo i had to tell her i didnt want to feel bad.
she understood

I had something similar. I went to the emergency room and all change into nicely. this is alot of stress and infrequently after sex you'll adventure contractions. You get alot of diverse pains even as your pregnant. If it keeps i might want to call my document.
