That's okay that he is a grade higher than you the older the better, and you don't need tips to make nobody like you be YOUR SELF it is the best tip ever and he will like you more for who you are and no games and fronts.

first what grade are you in? then find out what he likes then talk to him and do stuff that he likes and your mix in there and then after all of that ask him out he will say yes

you cant make someone like you. even if you do manage to get him to like you, his feelings towards you will most likely be fake just to get you off his back and to make you happy. manipulating someone into a situation like that is not fair and he will feel as if he is being pushed around. be yourself and if its meant to be he will come to you.
