I was hanging out with my guy friend a few days ago and all of a sudden he started confusing me. He started kissing me on the forehead.. and in his car he took my hand and told me how cute.. but thats it. Is he trying to say he likes me without saying it... or is he just messing with my mind.

I resently noticed that I sleep on the left side of the bed and my boyfriend sleeps on the right. I have also noticed that every couple I know is the sameway. Is that just the way we are or is there a reason for it??

My friend Shelley is in her 50's, and her son Mark is 30, he split from his wife of 5 years a year ago. They had a son, who is now 18 months. Marks wife for some reason is not allowing contact with the son. Mark gave up trying for access 6 months ago and just puts up with two 2 hour visits a month. Marks wife is now dating Shelleys next door neighbour for 3 months. This is torture for Shelley as the wife has visited the neighbour almost daily with her grandson, and she not been allowed to see him. The wife is being so awkward. Aparently grandparents have no rights?? As a friend what can I do to help her?? I would love to hurl abuse!! But my friend isn't like that and it would obviously get us nowhere. Shelley and the wife use to get on so well. This is so hard for her. Any advice???

My husband left me 8 months ago. He was involved with another woman. He lives down the street. He has to go out of town for work for three days and wants me to keep the kids. Ok. I hate him. The angel in me is saying they are my kids, keep them. The demon part is saying that he should have thought of these inconveniences before he left. He has set up a whole household for himself, completely furnished threee bedroom house with duplicates of everything for the kids so there is clearly no hope of reconciliation here. I hear that he and the woman split up three weeks ago. I know, that shouldn't matter. But I don't want to be a doormat for him and the mother of the kids when it is convenient for him.

A certain friend of my fiance and I is almost 30, living with their parents, and comes over way too much. My fiance and I have a life - hobbys - jobs - going to school and such, however, this friend calls everyday just wanting to hang out - stays for hours on end. We've tried to not answer the phone, tell them that we are busy, tired, spending time alone, but they don't get the clue. Its not that we don't enjoy their company, its just that they over stay their welcome and we don't have the heart to tell them that they are getting to be too much. My fiance and I have had numerous arguements because he thinks I'm being too harsh - however, he gets annoyed as well from this person. This person calls every single day to hang out. How on earth can I stop this without hurting their feelings? Our friend has a job, but is just unhappy and has thought of suicide in the past - I think my fiance feels impelled to spend time with them, but it is in a very small way, hurting our relationship. HELP!

I think she is pretty, outgoing, and funny. But I know that Jenny likes me, but because Jenny is often quiet, so I choose to hang out with Yen. After hang out with Yen, I find out that I don't like her personality that much because I think she is pretentious and manipulative. So I stop hanging out with her. I start to notice Jenny without letting her knows. I have never asked Jenny out alone, but we often hang out in a group with other coworkers, and I think I like Jenny personality and her look is okay. She's a straighforward person but she is really warmhearted. Now I want to date Jenny, what should I do, what should I say to her? (Note: I'm twenty seven now, so please don't tell me that's I am immuture. Plus, I did not have sex with Yen, so please don't tell me that I'm a jerk). I only need advice to date the right girl for the long term. And if thing works out, I will marry Jenny.

Before I begin, a little info about me
I am 19 years old and am only 5'4". Despite my short stature, I do keep in great shape (I was a distance runner in High School, now I am a regular weightlifter). I am strong (can bench 245, I weigh 145), and am for the most part confident about my appearance.
So why the unfair stigmatism toward short men when it comes to dating? Despite the fact I am in great shape, I often get the "you can't protect me" line. Tall girls all the time complain how we short men don't approach you, but when we do you burn us down and make us feel like the worst person in the world for approaching you! And what is with this whole trend of shorter women only liking extremely tall men? I was taller than a 5'2" girl I asked, but she said her minimum requirement was 5'9"!
What is with the unfair judgments in height? What can I do about it?
Women complain all the time about how we men are shallow, but damn do they judge hard on something we can't change!

...he only works 12 hour shifts 6 days a week and then comes home, cooks my dinner and does the house work. He goes on like he's downtrodden and always complaining he's tired. Every day I go out with my mates and when I come back he's left he washing for me to do! What a cheek! On his day off this weekend I'm going to take the sky card out. I'm also going to take the fuse out of the heating so he'll have to do the housework to keep warm. I'm sick of his lazy ways and he doesn't give me enough money for clothes shopping. What do you think I should do to make him do more around the house?

Here's my theory....Waaaay too man men stay in marriages that they are unhappy in. I think they do it because they don't want to lose whatever material things they deem to be important. As a result, men tend to carry on extramarital affairs, which is much more painful to a woman than losing anything material. If these guys have a prenuptual signed, aren't they more likely to end the marriage when it's time and not feel the need to protect their assest, thus hurting and scarring women in a sometimes irreversible way....I'd give up any financial rights, I'd leave with nothing, if my only other option was to stay and be cheated on...Wouldn't you women agree?

Don't get me wrong I love my brother in law. He is the little brother I always wanted. Ever since my husband and I got married and moved into our place he has visited at least 5 days a week. I just need some alone time with my husband. How do I tell my brother in law (nicely) to give us some time to settle down. He doesn't seem to take hints and my husband thinks it is funny. Help he takes showers, watches tv, and downloads porn....He is such a brat.

Ok so my husband and i have been together for almost 4 years married almost 3 and we have a 2 year old. Well in the past 1 1/2 years we've been split up and back together 4 times, NOT GOOD ON THE KIDDO. Ok so this last time we split up was cuz this girl that he knew prior to us getting back together, i just met her, and her and my husband tell my friend that she's pregnant with his kid. Well so i get over it (kinda) and get back together with him, i thought we were doin sooooooooo good this time!!!!! Till the afternoon on new years eve and i find a text message on his phone that he tried (cuz he cant send or recieve) to send to this same girl and it said"hey you wanna F*^k?" I asked him about it and he denied the whole thing, even the fact that he knew the number and said his "friend" did it that he was hanging out with. Well his "friend" as his own cell phone.... what would you think and do???
