Ok so my husband and i have been together for almost 4 years married almost 3 and we have a 2 year old. Well in the past 1 1/2 years we've been split up and back together 4 times, NOT GOOD ON THE KIDDO. Ok so this last time we split up was cuz this girl that he knew prior to us getting back together, i just met her, and her and my husband tell my friend that she's pregnant with his kid. Well so i get over it (kinda) and get back together with him, i thought we were doin sooooooooo good this time!!!!! Till the afternoon on new years eve and i find a text message on his phone that he tried (cuz he cant send or recieve) to send to this same girl and it said"hey you wanna F*^k?" I asked him about it and he denied the whole thing, even the fact that he knew the number and said his "friend" did it that he was hanging out with. Well his "friend" as his own cell phone.... what would you think and do???

Maybe you should get a lawyer.... it really looks like he's playing you for a fool. He's walking all over you and you're sorta letting him. Kick him to the curb, put your foot down and don't take him back. You deserve a lot better!! Not to mention that the child is probably confused! Good luck!

Infidelity more commonly happens when a child is young enough to need a lot of attention from the mother, but not old enough to want to devote a lot of time to the father. Dad feels left out, starts to wander. It's not an excuse or a reason, just a stimulus. Most men don't do this, but those who do, well, counseling can help patch things up.
But now he's got another girl pregnant, he's still seeing her, and the two of you have been on-again off-again... end this. He's not interested in marriage. Let him reap the whirlwind. Your kid doesn't deserve this, you don't deserve this... and hey, have you been tested for STDs? You know he's not using protection here.

Well, I think you obviously already know he is lying about his friend sending the text, it's a typical lie that some men think they can get away with. You need to dump this jerk, he has no respect for you and is acting very immature as a father as well. You just need to move on and let well enough be. It sounds to me like this is never going to turn into a good relationship, especially with his cheating, you probobly won't be able to ever trust him, and a good relationship is based on trust.

I think he is lying to you and he is messing around with this girl again. However, I am not advocating you run right out and divorce him either. You have a child together. Have you considered counseling for both you and your husband? If it were me (since you asked) I would require him to come clean immediately, if he refused I would pack his bags and make him leave the home. Then you can work on restoring the marriage if he wants to, it takes two. It would involve serious marriage counseling and total honesty.

Get out now while the can, and make it permanent. That way, you can find a decent guy that will be a good role model for your children and be stable. Put yourself and your kids first and be healthy and get away from this guy that is obviously not.

You actually have proof. So my question to you is that are you willing to share him with other women? Because he obviously isn't going to stop being an a s s hole.
I think you are better off and it's better off for the baby too.

I'm sorry to be blunt, but you're a fool if you keep going with this relationship - and YES, it is detrimental to your child and can make scars that never go away. You need to let this guy go and move on.
Trust me on this..............You are being lied to and manipulated and it DOES NOT get better - I promise. Build your own life and find a man who has integrity.

Get on with your life and your little ones, let him be! you don't realize how much damage you are creating for you little one. You don't need a "man" you need a real man. Your kid needs a real father and a real life that she/he can feel safe in. Let the loser go with whoever he wishes. Think of your kid, that is your top priority!
