I'm sorry you got hurt. To be honest, only time will heal it. But in the meantime, go out with your girls, do things. Try not to think about the hurt. It'll go in time, I promise. Consider this....don't be so eager to take that person back. If they broke your heart once, then it's possible that they'll do it again. Move on and find someone new. I wish you the best of luck.

I've had plenty of broken hearts, and I've found that the only way to get through them is to just endure the pain and let time heal itself. I can't think of any kind of quick fix for a broken heart. The best advice I could give you is to just endure the pain for a while and look forward to the day when you'll be able to move on.

To help get over a broken heart try not to think about it so much. If someone broke up with u they really weren't right for u anyway. If u are a good person and the person can't see that then they probably weren't the one anyway. So smile be happy and forget about them cause they probably weren't worth it anyway.

Everytime you think of your lost love push your mind to another thought. (even if its just singing loudly to yourself)
Remember only the bad, annoying things about your lost one.
Go out with friends or even alone. Just get out of the house at least some of the time.
Watch movies, read, learn something new. (occupy your mind)
Allow yourself to feel sad for only a few minutes a day. (you do have to feel some pain)
Remind yourself that time will help. (it doesn't seem to until one day you realize that it did)
Don't lock yourself away or wallow in self-pity it will become addictive and destructive.

baby girl, do something the take your mind off the subject. join a gym, work out your frustration. join some type of out door activity, skiing for an example. it would take your mind off the him. think of it this way, all things that you're going to do would only improve yourself. try not to stay home alone for long, the pain will come back. but trust me, you'll feel better about yourself.

Keep a journal of how you feel each day. At the end of the week, look back at the first day and see if you see things differently.
