You can like him but stay away romantically. Your cousin is his brother in law which means there is good chance you all will meet up at family gatherings. (Not good) Plus your both young. If you feel the same in 5 years as you do today, go for it. However, I doubt it. (been there done that...sort of)

Yeah ur not blood-related, just by marriage so it would be ok. I know these people at my old church who like, their was a lady who married this guy and then her sister married his brother.
