Just had some news, and I would have expected to be upset. I'm not, I'm just very annoyed! I think I should be happy, but I can't help thinking how stupid everyone is! This is not the reaction anyone was expecting me to have, so I'm pretending that its no big deal. This is making no sense - I'm probably just ranting! Anyway, a question....
How do you ignore how you feel and be genuinely happy for someone else, even when you feel they are making a mistake?

I am divorced with 2 kids. I have been on a few dates with a man that is 8 years younger and never been married. He has been concentrating on school and family. I like him, but I am afraid that being at his age, he is moving too fast thinking of having a wife. He is a gentleman, sweet, and attentive, so I don't want to just get scared and distance myself from him if it could be a good thing.

Okay I am gonna cut my own hair and my friend says that if you put your hair in a ponytail then cut the end of the ponytail straight it will layer it, will that work and do u know any other ways to cut your own hair easily
it wold be a really high ponytail so it wouldnt be longer in the front than the back also I live in the midle of no where and cant just go to a salon okay they are like and hour and half away so plz dont just tell me dont do it and go to a salon cuz I cant

There is a member of my family that isn't a nice person. This person has caused nothing but rifts between members of my family, on both sides, for longer than I can remember. I am not currently in contact with this person and I have been so much happier but I'm constantly made to feel guilty about it and told 'they're famly'. I benn living with my very Bossy Motherinlaw and Wife for two years now. I been out of work and we lost our House so she Has takes us in. She and My wife are in Business and work full time. recently my trainer introduced me to her 27 year old brother-in-law (I'm 37) He took me out to dinner to a really nice restaurant and we went to a Christmas party together. I had a great time, we danced & laughed, he was awesome! At the end of the night, he asked me what I would do if he kissed me and I said I would die well he did and I flew out of his car. Since then he's been very sweet, he called to wish me a Merry Christmas & Happy New year. He told me if I ever wanted to hang out again to just let him know. My friend invited me to her home for a party and I brought a guy I was dating at the time. They called Mike and told him so he didn't show up and called to tease me about having a boyfriend. Since then, that guy has gone sour and he called to cheer me up saying I should waste my time on him. I don't know what to do, I'm nervous about it cuz of our age difference and my friendship with my friend, he says he's waiting to redeem his new year's kiss...what do I do?
