Do guys have to ask the girl out or can the girl do the asking, I want to ask him but I also dont want to freak him out if I ask him!?!?!?!?

It can and should go both ways. A woman who knows what she and goes for it has an advantage over the woman who sits back and waits. This advice is for more than just the question at hand, listen to the Nike slogan and JUST DO IT!
Also us guys are wimps, we want ask you ask out but are scared. If you do the asking it takes the guess work out the whole thing. Guys do not get hints very well.

Usually its the guy who does the asking. But its fine for a girl to ask, I think many guys would prefer the girl asking.

Why wouldn't a girl be able to ask a guy out? It's perfectly fine to do so and many guys appreciate it! They, for the longest time, were always the ones having to do the approaching and risking rejection...the guys I've talked to appreciate that women will take the initiatiive nowadays and show interest, and also take that risk themselves.

Nothing to stop the girl asking the guy... Except for those that think only w*h*o*r*e*s ask guys out... It is a terrible world we live in when women are so harsh on each other...

Yes you can, I'm sure he will be flattered!!! This has happened to me a while back, and believe me I was the one wondering how to go about it!!! In a way she relieved the pressure off me, by asking me!!! Good Luck!!!
