Ask her for her number. Whisper it to her in a crowded bar like situation. If she doesn't give it to you, you already have your answer.
If you already have it, just call her up at a time when she most likely is not working or in a social situation.

If guys are around her she is used to flattery. Try teasing her. Tell her that she has on ugly shoes and if she wants to go out with you she has to change shoes first.
