Before you do anything reckless, you should let her know that she once rubbed her breast against you while sitting on your bike. If she replies in a way that signals you that rubbing her breast was a purpose, MAKE A MOVE. Age is probably not a problem for you. You should tell her that you're interested in her and maybe you'll get more from her! lol

Um....it was an accident most likely. I did that to a guy once on accident, but he didn't notice. ( Thank God. ) Those things sure do get in the way. ^_^
Either tell her how you feel, or kiss her on the cheek. From what I know, most girls like surprise kisses. Don't do it on the lips, and if you're not gonna listen and you are going to do it on the lips....make it soft, not messy and harsh.
Just be confident without being overly confident. Try to stand out more. I like confident guys that stand out in a crowd, and most girls do too. And talk! If you are sitting next to her on the curb or the bus, talk to her! Don't look out into space.
