recently my trainer introduced me to her 27 year old brother-in-law (I'm 37) He took me out to dinner to a really nice restaurant and we went to a Christmas party together. I had a great time, we danced & laughed, he was awesome! At the end of the night, he asked me what I would do if he kissed me and I said I would die well he did and I flew out of his car. Since then he's been very sweet, he called to wish me a Merry Christmas & Happy New year. He told me if I ever wanted to hang out again to just let him know. My friend invited me to her home for a party and I brought a guy I was dating at the time. They called Mike and told him so he didn't show up and called to tease me about having a boyfriend. Since then, that guy has gone sour and he called to cheer me up saying I should waste my time on him. I don't know what to do, I'm nervous about it cuz of our age difference and my friendship with my friend, he says he's waiting to redeem his new year's kiss...what do I do?

Get a damn divorce first. He likes you. Date him.

Slow it down girl. Guess what there's more good times to be had, just step back and take a breath. All this was is a good time between two people, do not read anything else into it. You are off in a dream world and need to wake up now right now. Get the divorce done with, this should be the first item on the list to do.
Take it slow, shoot ask someone who is goning thru a divorce after 33 years, not a spring chicken but wise, baby steps here baby steps.

I'm assuming you don't have any children.

First, finish the divorce.

When you're single again, you shouldn't be in a steady bf/gf relationship. You should just date people. Just let guys know up-front that you're not looking for a steady relationship and that you're dating other people too.

In regards to the 27 year old... if you enjoy his company then why worry about the age. You really shouldn't expect an exclusive relationship nor should you want one.

Unfortunetely, I don't know who Mike is (you never specified) so your question is kind of hard to understand. All I can say, is ignore the age difference. Ignore what your family will think. Your heart is the one that matters.
