i get a creepy feeling that you are wanting to fool around with your niece if i am wrong i appologize but if notLets put it this way, you would still be charged with rape of child whether she is your niece or not.Even if she is over the age of consent, it would be disgusting. and if anyone ever found out they would look at you like you were crap and imo they would be right.

Technically as your wife's sister is your sister- in-law, then her daughter would be your niece-on-law.
