i get a creepy feeling that you are wanting to fool around with your niece if i am wrong i appologize but if notLets put it this way, you would still be charged with rape of child whether she is your niece or not.Even if she is over the age of consent, it would be disgusting. and if anyone ever found out they would look at you like you were crap and imo they would be right.

As long as you are married to her, she is your niece. If you don't want her to be your niece, you need to divorce your wife. ;0

Technically as your wife's sister is your sister- in-law, then her daughter would be your niece-on-law.

Yes, but only in the same sense that your wife's parents are not your true parents. You're kinda like an uncle in law!

Depends on how long you've been married...if you have known this girl since she was little, she is just as truly your niece as if she were your own blood.

Uh, yeah...by marriage. Why do you ask?
Divorce your wife and then she won't be your niece anymore...
