my significent other ex wife of 10 yrs put their son in a hospital for evaluation on add/wd w/o telling father but always has father go get child out of school when their is a problem. she worked 2 jobs when she was employed instead of spending the desperately needed time with child until now when their is a major problem. she recieves child support and soon will be recieving ssd instead of child support and he has no say at all about what is going on. he only has visitation cuz she will not give him joint custody. he can only do so much with the weekends he has him. anyone have any legal advice or any advice court date coming up first of year for full custody of kids. we cannot afford a lawyer.

I finally had enough last night and told my husband that if he didn't back off about my job I was going to see a lawyer.He laughed & told me if I left I would be dooming my self to a life as a spinster because men don't even consider women over 35 for relationships.He knows I hate to be alone & have a voracious appetite for sex so I am pretty sure he was just playing head games but now I have more doubts.I don't know if leaving is worth it if I am looking at being alone for the rest of my life.

So tell me guys, do men write women over 35 off as un-dateable?I am a 5'6" blond size 4 who is fit and fairly well built (35-26-32).I bike, run (6mi a day), & lift weights.I am fairly certain I am not ugly since I modeled professionally before we were married & have taken very good care of my appearance.Do men only look for younger women for relationships?Would my age (almost 40), a crazy job schedule & the fact that I have 2 wonderful teenage children make me undesireable to single men?

ok me and my ex were together 7 yrs lots of stuff happened, we split 10 mth ago, got talking again and got back together 2 mths ago, everything was going great then we had a little disagreement when she started giving me the cold shoulder again when i questioned it she said she wanted to end things again. i was back were i started i tried and tried for 8 mths to get er back then when i did i lost her immediatley through in my opion a few inacent things. since then i took on board her need for space and started all over again, now dont say its dead because i as a human being can tell its not but for some reason she just backs off again as soon as we have MOMENTS. i stayed xmas eve with our threee kids and she ended upjoining me on the sofa and we cuddled and had a passionate moment, i then stayed xmas day and she asked if i would like to join on new years day also. am i wrong for thinking we were trying again? only now she has called it off and said - i knew you would get the wrong idea

What if your friend is starting to get on your nerves, she comes to your house everyday only to eat my food and go on my computer. When ever she makes a mess she leaves it there for you to clean up, and she takes your cellphone and calls everyone that she possibly knows and your bill ends up high. Then just to top it all off you find out that she is talking to your boyfriend online about sex. I finally tell her to leave me alone and never come back and now i feel guilty. Should I feel guilty and say sorry??

I am divorced and my ex husband's aunt have stayed very close, but my ex and my children have not stayed close. When her husband became ill with cancer. I called my children and told them. When he got worse I called them and was told well he didn't look that bad a few days ago. He died the next day after my call.
Now, three weeks after his death his son has been diagnosised with cancer of the lungs. The aunt has ask me not to call the children. She said she had not heard a word from any of them since the funeral for her husband , not one of them called her or came by for Christmas , she is 74. I know the children will find out that her son is ill and will blame me for not calling what should I do?I want to keep her wishes , but I don't want the children to blame me for not telling them. I seem to always get stuck in the middle and get the blame no matter what. Help.

I'm from Miami and my fiance is from NYC. By the time we get married we'll be in a different state because he's in the army. So no matter where we get married familiy is going to have to commute. We came up with the idea of getting married in Cancun to make it "fair" for both sides of the fam. The problem is that I know it'll be expensive for the guests (just like it would be for them to have to fly to any other state), should we pay for airfare or rooms? One of the pluses for a destination wedding was the price - we're only going to end up paying about $9,000 at an all-inclusive resort, w/our stay, ceremony, reception, etc. I guess we can afford to help the guests about but that would add on another minimum of $5,000 easily. Getting married in Miami or NY would easily cost $30,000 - $40,000. Any advice?

The last night, I dreamt of a girl which I love ,. I don`t know the location , where the "event " took place, I only know that it was in a house , I know only details of the dream
1. I know that somehow she,by accident , I guess, she dropped food which was on a plate on the floor .
I came with a dust pan , a wet rag, and a broom to clean it up .When I was cleaning up , she was also trying to help me .

the reason why i loved him is because he loved me like heaven, he taught me to love him and now i love him so much cant think of leaving him. we have talked about the drinking and promised to stop BUT not at all, he tells me that will be taking atleast 2 bottles every weekend. this is very disturbing cause he might get worse when we get married hopefully 2008 . i hate drunkards and i wonder if i will stand it in marriage if it gets worse.should i move on with him or call it a quit? i dont want to divorce in future.

Lately, when I meet guys they always tell me they like that I'm smart and ambitious but when they find out that I make more money or know certain people they always get competitive and back away. Why are some guys not mature enough to handle being in a relationship with a female who happens to be doing her own thing and doing it well? I don't brag & I don't boast because the way I see it I have a long way to go but I refuse to stop or slow down to stroke someone's ego. I also do not discriminate, I date guys that still live at home and I date guys who have accomplished more than I have and they still get competitive. Actually I even dated an older guy to see if age was the problem and even he got antsy when he found out that my career goals would soon put me close if not above him as far as authority and we had been together 3 years. I even had a guy whine when he found out I had a license to carry and a BA, and he didn't. Do guys really want smart ambitious girls? If not, why lie
