Yes. Just out of respect until they decide they want to be referred as someone else. My granfather died many years ago and my grandmother still goes by Mrs. She wouldn't want it any other way.

Yes,my husband died 21 yrs ago and when ever i fill up a form i always check mrs. as a respect to the deceased.
but i know a friend whose husband died 3 months ago she still using the family name of her husband and using miss.well sometimes it depends of a person's perspective.they have their own free will which is which to call them.(mrs./miss)you can either call them mrs/miss there's no problem on that.

Yes you do, They will let everyone know if they want you to call them something else. If they are still wearing the ring (My Grandmother is 95, my Grandfather died in 1986 and she still wears the ring) then call them Mrs.

Everyone here is right. Its Mrs. And the person that said say Ms its like Mr...No, no, no...never call a widow Ms unless she asks you to!

I think it depends on the widow. If she has always been addressed by Mrs. then that should continue.
