My mom is 53 years old and doesnt work. She is into gardening, reading, antiques, cooking, and she can sometimes be old-fasioned. I am at a complete loss as to what to get her this year for Christmas. Any ideas would be helpful. I am on a limited budget so under $30 dollars would be nice. =]

I have a friend(male) in an extra marital affair with my best friend (female).....lately he and i have become much better friends, as we speak up our hearts out to each other. Besides which something thats scaring me is, i am getting too fond of him......and probably liking him.....as in love the way he thinks and sees the world......but dont know whether what he thinks about me, even though he treats me like his best friend.......m too confused, and dont even want to hurt my best friend (female).......just thoughtful of how to make out wat is this guy thinking of me, lately??

My husband hates Christmas and every part of the holiday. It is ok for me to send Christmas cards out to family and friends with his name not on the card, since he doens't like Christmas. I was just going to sign my name.

I have recently found out that i am an orphan. I accedently eavesdroped on my mom and dad's cell phone conversation when i picked up the phone, and now i don't know what to do. I wish that I had someone to talk to, but you couldn't catch me DEAD telling my mom and dad that i had eaves dropped on them, and heared them say what they said. In addition to that, I was adopted from china, and to top it all off, we are moving to Japan (we live in the USA). please, help, suggesions, please.

Alright well I am on my school bowling team. A new guy one year older than me recently joined. He's kinda quiet but I have gotten to know him a little better and he does seem to talk more, at least around me. Anyways, he seems like a really cool kid and I wanted to be his friend, but i'm not sure how to go around and do it. I already have brief conversations with him, but they only last like 2 minutes each. I found his myspace and he is now added but thats it, he's added, no really contact through it. Any ideas on how to become better friends with him? And by the way i'm not gay I just want his friendship, and we are both straight. I say this because re-reading this it sounds like I "want" him. But thanks, all advice and help is appreciated.

ok. their is a guy and he dosent have a gf right now.. i would marry him if i could, and he seems to like me alot but its illegal to date him first of all cause of the 6 year age diffrence. but i want a guys opinion, if a guy picks you up to carry you as a joke and he picks you up by putting his hand around you and grabbing your butt does that mean they like you. or they spin you around in circles. or play fight with you and when he acts like hes going to hit you he acctually misses and puts that hand around you and gives a big hug by picking you up a little?? please i dont want to do anything to find out thats not what it means. by the way all this happened in one day above. and it happens everytime i see him.

so i ask my gf that why she wouldn't stop calling her ex even after he cheated on her, is very fishy.... she tells me she is done with me and that i have fun with the fishy smell....

the girl i like goes
"i dont really think im that good looking compared to ****"
i went..
"i think you are really good looking" (said it twice)

another time she goes "i like working at casheers, all the guys flirt with the girls, silly boys"
i go "they better not be flirting with you" ;)

another time she walks in room and says "my hair is a mess today" *she starts playing with it in mirror*.
i reply "no it doesnt, your hair looks really nice" (nothing was wrong with it tho)

another time i sat next to her (dnt usually) and we have a chat, she didnt back off. Makes me listen to her ipod and song on it. Since i am wearing the same headphones as her we are pulled abit closer together ;) she shows me a photo of herself and "i go i like your top in the pic". she say "thankyou" :)

she says "i think your brother n his gf will have nice kids" then i accidently went "i think we'll have nice kids too" xD

By the way Im 30, pregnant (shock horror!) and never really dated for longer than a few months. Im loaded so money is not an issue, men tend to want it of me! The dad will be around and stay down the road. Is that morally ok? I think it is, a least Im not putting this child through a nasty divorce and the child will have a private education and so on. So Im not on state benefits. I will not be taking up with another man Im just going to look lovely and enjoy my baby, my life and my future. I have no need for a man and never really did (except the getting the baby before my biological clock ended) Is that naughty?

Ok here is the story...... I like this one girl i meet on myspace but we go to the same school i like her a lot. but the only problem is that she is my cousins EX and they broke up about 2 weeks ago but i dont know if i should ask her out or not.
yesterday she invited me to her house to watch a movie with her friend so i went then we were watching the movie and i was touching her hand it was a great feeling and she was blushing. Im not sure if she likes me in that way but her firend told me that she looks like she does but im not sure,

Okay, so there's this guy at a store that I think likes me. I've been going to the store just to see him, and he once said he was thinking of me, and dropping so many hints of flirting and such (for instance, leaning against me when he was tired at work, and giving me a HUGE hug when I had to leave). I like him too, and I asked him if he wanted to do something some night. He tells me he'll call, but he hasn't. He has my cell phone number (or he should), and he keeps saying "I'll call you later" but I never get a single call. I'm so confused. He wants to do something with me, he keeps saying he does, but yet I don't get his calls. I don't know if something's wrong with my phone, or what...but this is so frustrating. He says to me that he's off on Monday, so I know he would like to meet me somewhere, but, I'm just so put off by him not calling me...what's wrong? Can anybody shed some light on this? Thank you!

I'm a girl and I was just wondering, what are some signs that a 13/14 year old guy likes you or has a crush on you. I know this one guy, I'm very shy and we don't really talk much, but I've caught him looking at me and once when we were smiling, we made eye contact. Okay guys.... I'm at the point after five years of fooling around with him and the relationship is getting no where (he's not gonna leave the wifey) and I've had enough. I want to move on with my life because I deserve better. The only problem is I don't call him and haven't been answering his calls either. I'm just trying to end it all without hurting myself or him (who knows). Anyway when I do this, guys always come around to see whats up and show up your door unexpected (this fool will knock, knock, knock till somebody got to answer the d*mn door!!). I mean if I don't answer common sense should tell him don't bother. Should I open the door and tell him to get going or should I not ever answer the door. I don't want to be his puppet mistress anymore. Just recently I got in a car wreck and I thought he was someone to talk to but when I texted him and got no answer, he said " wat was so important! Call 1 time dat's enough". I realized I have been wasting time. Please help me out!

Recently I just moved to this new city by myself, to take this job. I feel so lost because I don't know anybody, and don't know where I'm going. I'm learning the bus, but still at times it's difficult. And the people I have met treat me like an alien or something, they just don't understand me or my situation. And on top of that, I did meet one guy, and he has gone through the same situation a few months before I moved here. We have spent time together, ALOT of time together, and I developed a crush n him, although he doesn't know. It's hard to explain our situation, he's just really smart, and nice, and even though he's of a different race, (I'm black and he's white), I don't care, I'm totally into him. But I don't know if he's into me. Sometimes he gives me a sign, the other times he pulls away. I don't know if I should tell him, but lately my feelings have been getting in the way, and they may soon destroy the only friendship I have right now in this new city. Please help!

Its not only the language barrier between me and my wife, but their are a lot of issues going on in the relationship. I say language barrier and culture difference because she is from Mexico and didn’t speak much English at all when we met and I still don’t know any Spanish. And don’t attack my intellect. I’m am one the best artist in the world and I have a college degree.

We have a girl who is five years old. I like to read and help her with her homework. I am very concerned about my daughter and only want her to be successful in life. I only want my daughter to have a bright personality and bright intellect.

If I leave, then I feel like that I would destroying my daughters life. But I believe it might be best to separate from my wife and allow both of us to find happiness in a life were we both belong with who were with.
