Recently I just moved to this new city by myself, to take this job. I feel so lost because I don't know anybody, and don't know where I'm going. I'm learning the bus, but still at times it's difficult. And the people I have met treat me like an alien or something, they just don't understand me or my situation. And on top of that, I did meet one guy, and he has gone through the same situation a few months before I moved here. We have spent time together, ALOT of time together, and I developed a crush n him, although he doesn't know. It's hard to explain our situation, he's just really smart, and nice, and even though he's of a different race, (I'm black and he's white), I don't care, I'm totally into him. But I don't know if he's into me. Sometimes he gives me a sign, the other times he pulls away. I don't know if I should tell him, but lately my feelings have been getting in the way, and they may soon destroy the only friendship I have right now in this new city. Please help!

Step 1: Tell him! That's the only way you'll find out if he feels the same way. Otherwise you'll be in this emotional limbo for a looooong time.
Step 2: Go out and meet other people! He's not the only fish in the city, and you need girlfriends, too.
