When my boyfriend died, i needed a friend and i found one in his best friend. that turned into a relationship. now we have been together about a year and a half as well. i thought the only person in the world that would understand and let me grieve would be him. It's His Best friend afterall! I was with my Sweetheart for a little more that 3 years. we didnt call eachother by our names, just sweetheart, and a few other names but mostly sweetheart. and it seems he is ok. Except sometimes. At the funeral i wrote on my car "I Love You Baby 11-6-81 - 2-20-05" i don't want to take it off, even if it had been a year and a half. the other day the recemented our front area by the mail boxes, i got a stick and wrote "sweetheart i love you" although it is hardly legible. and lastly i have 3 pictures in my boyfriends apartment that i have ben sharing with him. one is my sweetheart by his self, one of the both of them and one of me and him. now life just goes about it's day usually..

Im supposed to be a senior but it look like I have about a year left. My parents have always said they would pay for school. But im under so much pressure all the time. They make me miserable because its always, so when are you done, take as many hours as possible, hurry hurry hurry! And I cant take it. Ive dropped alot of classes and changed my major a few times because honestly I dont know what the hell I am doing. But its my life. Im the one in college. And its wonderful that they pay but Id rather them not pay and leave me alone than be miserable and always be under so much pressure. They tell me im throwing their money away, I have 100 hours, how is that throwing away anything? I want to work at my own pace. But they wont let me do that, and they wont co-sign so I can take out loans for myself. And thats the only way to get student loans is to have a co-signer. And I dont have anyone to do that for me. What do I do?

my bf hurt me and he had already gave me a gift. i didnt give him his yet even though he knows i got him one. well he hurt me like i said. so im keeping his gift he gave me and the one i bought him. it may be selfish but who cares, the bastard hurt me. why do i have to do the righteous thing here, and give him his gift. im taking it back to the store and get my money back. i feel payback is in order and on top of that i broke up with him. and when i say he hurt me i really do mean that. i have just cause to be mad. and if i didnt actually give it to him yet then that means i can take it back right?

I have a real problems keeping female friends over a period of time. I have loads of long term male mates, always seem to have a girlfriend and get on fine with female family (extended and immediate) members. However i really can't seem to keep a friendship with a girl for more than a few years, any ideas as to why that is anyone?

My aunt has starting dating her friend. They have been friends for years and years, before I was born I think. They used to date when they were in their 20s but parted as friends. They are now in their 40s.
He is a widower. His wife died 4 years ago. He is still grieving for his wife. Some things my aunt has told me about his grieving makes me worried that she is just a replacement and she is going get hurt.

we have been together for a year and now things are changing we use to spend every minute together..but now its different he's always on the street because he decides he wants to sell drugs so he can get me and my son nice xmas gifts..but I told him whatever his job want allow him to buy us we dont need it...he's out there in the cold standing at a gas station all night so last night I tried to break up with him..I told him either the streets or me because I am worried about him..he told me, he's going to continue to do this until a few days before christamas and Im not going no where he needs me now more than ever..What should I do?

I am 37 years old, and have been trying to date black ladies, but with no luck. I have had white dates. I have an accent, and maybe I am a bit difficult to understand, I dont know. My husband has cheated on me and has a kid with this biatch......He constantly lies to me and tells me that he doesn't love her and that he just keeps in touch because of the kid. I dont believe him!!! I call him on his cell and he says "Ok, I will call you back cause my job is calling me" Well, I go online and check his call log and find out he is talking to her. Am I wrong for checking on his calls? I am so sad and confused!! He doesn't want me to think anything bad and tells me not to be jealous.

I've gone out with my boyfriend for one year and in several ocassions he has told me that he would prefer for us to live together first and then get married. He got divorced a couple of years ago, that's why he prefers we lived together first. I've told him I wouldn't do that becuase my parents wouldn't accept it if I just left home and moved in with him without getting married. So since there is no other option he has asked me to marry him and we have even started making some plans but he keeps insisting and asking me to move in. What should I do?? To me its clear that he doen't want to get married but he's doing it because he doesnt have any other option. Should I marry him???

Well I posted this before about me and my current bf. Our relationship started out on a lie. He hadnt told me that he had been seeing this other girl for nearly two years. 3 months into the relationship he finally confessed, but I decided to give him another chance. Later found out that 6 months later he still was seeing and sleeping with his ex. I also found out that she seems to blame me for taking advantage of his weak state. She and her friends believe I should have taken the higher road and left him alone while he sorts out himself. That obviously this is a man not ready to commit, and that he won't be any good to me because he's still confused and not wanting to admit that he doesnt believe in committment. What do you think? Should I have given the two of them a chance to work through the issues in their relationship. And if it wasnt meant to be, at least I would know he was coming back to me sure of his feelings and ready to settle down?

We're getting married on February 14th at the local courthouse. Just a tiny ceremony with closest friends and family. We decided to do the whole big thing about a year or two later.
That's when we really want to on a big honeymoon like Hawaii, the Bahamas.....
I want to surprise my hubby-to-be with a romantic getaway after our wedding at the courthouse.
I just want to be alone with him for 2 or 3 nights. Does anybody know a good destination in New Mexico or western Texas, close to El Paso?
I was thinking a romantic hotel or renting a cabin. Not too expensive though!!
Any good ideas?

I really like this girl and luckily she seems to like me a lot as well.
ive really been in the position where she is asking me out more than im asking her.
while not playing hard to get, i am trying to make it fun as we have been making bets with her stakes being ill go xxxxxx if i lose etc.
however seem to end up to everything she invites me too. WHICH IS FINE as i have a great time as does she...
i just dont want her to get bored or think im a pansy, or loose the interest level that she seems to have for me.

This is to all my happy couples what makes you happy about your mate and what wouldn't you do for your mate? How long have yall been together and when did you fall in love with him or her? do you feel as if this is really real and do you want it to last for a life time? The reason Im asking this is because older people always say that young people starting at 15 don't know what true love is but i wana prove them wrong because i think thats where it all starts when your young.
