Aaah bless you. Im 26 and when I was 16 (god - 10 years ago!) and it was a first date, here is what would have impressed me.
Be in a nice mood - compliment her by saying "you look lovely (and or) beautiful".
DO NOT SAY "you look nice."
Open doors for her. Dont feel silly about doing this - trust me, women LOVE IT!
Pay (unless she objects, and then go half and half)
When watching the movie, you need to make some kind of move because she will be waiting for it.
DONT grope any part of her anatomy, or force her to grope any part of yours!
DO begin by reaching for her hand and holding it, gently, lightly and slowly stroking her thumb. (very nice)
If she likes it, then lift up the arm of the chair that is seperating you, put your arm round her and snuggle down into a nice cuddle.
Thats it, no more, no less, until you take her home and if all has gone well you can give her a big fat snog (hold back on the tongue now, dont get carried away!!!)

pay for her, and when you are in the cinema, make sure you talk to her find something to say so you can lean over close to her and whisper in her arm, and its always good at some point in the film to like touch her knee or somthing.
for us girlies there is nothing more annoying coming out of a film on a date and he not showing any interest in you, the guy should always make the first move if they what it to go anywhere.

Im a bit older (Well a lot) than you and i think the biggest mistake i made when i was younger was to try and be something i wasnt. Be yourself, its you she wants to go with, not some macho freak talking about how hard he is. Also listen to her and give a little, she will have her own topics of conversation so try and engage or if you dont know be honest and interested. But whatever you do dont try to come on to her, lie, or talk bull s***t she wont like it and then you can forget another date!!!

As a 35 year old...... just be yourself, do the obvious and pay for the tickets and a bit of food but dont try and impress as you will look a fool.... If she is into you she will just like you for being normal

Go and watch the new movie called "the holiday" and then take her for a pizza after just chill and chat
if she liked the movie and you urself didnt mind it then rent or buy movies like the notebook and a walk to remeber

do the old hole in the bottom of the popcorn trick. hold the popcorn in your lap put your manhood through the hole ih the popcorn carrier. let her have a surprise when she delves too deep!!
