I wasn't going to go but not many people are going only my mum, my grandmother and some friends, it's really cold outside and need some time for myself, I've spent all my holidays helping others which was ok but this is too much I think

Do whatever you feel that you need to do. It is only an hour, though.

Someone took the time to have a mass in honor of your aunt. She must have been a special person if 20 years later she is still so important. Of course I would go to show my respect....it is only a fraction of your busy day. You can relax afterward. Be there with your family. Its the right thing to do.

Wow. That's pretty selfish. Having a memorial mass for a women who died 20 years ago when it's cold outside and you're tired and need time for yourself.

Hopefully, when you're dead and gone and your family wants to remember and honor you, they'll pick a nicer day.

You must be a very caring person. I have never heard of anybody being so concerned about a lowly ant.

Sometimes it better to forgoe your personal thoughts and be there for your family. I 'm sure your grandma and mom and others would love to have you their with them.

It may not be the greatest adventure...but it is a nice gesture.

if you know you're gonna get a lot big speeches about it later, just go and don't concentrate too much in the mass, try to relax

An aunt maybe? If she meant something to me in life, then yes. If she was a relation I never saw or cared for, then no.
