am of the view that its some kind of habits of boys , men to look at the girl or women passing by in the street. Although i dont like this habit. but in some cases the girls or women desire that they should look graceful and people admire them.. its but nature of a women. if the girl or women keeps herself in a hajjab and avoid nakadness then it can be prevented.... ......masood toor 7/12/06
