I posted a question, about my daughters best friend, bieng left to walk home alone, in the dark, and rain, when she lives a long way out from school. She is 9yrs old, and scared to death of the walk home, she has told my daughter she is scared. I gave her a lift home tonight, as i was unaware till now, she is left to walk in remote places alone. Her mum was home, car outside, i was a bit sort of concerned, cause she passes places that make her very vulnerable and has to go along a remote country road. Will i be interefering, if i mention it to the school, on the quiet, and take her home myself, to keep her safe? It is totally out of my way, but i am more concerned for this girl, but do not want her mum to get funny with me. Will she be offended, do you think, if i just drop her off at home, when she is left to make her own way?
