It's this girl I've know since since 6th grade. She is very opinionated and assertive. She always make snide, rude comments about me. I'm not really a senstive person, but she always big up sensitve subjects like my brother who is dead or my mother who used to be overweight. She has been riding me hard every since 6th grd. She calls herself my "friend". I'm honestly sick of her mouth, because one many she's attempting to spit in my face, then the next she's trying to lick my ***. And honestly it pisses me off.

I have a daughter who is involved with drugs and is planning to sign over custody of unborn child to paternal grandmother who is not of Native heritage. I also have 3 year old grandson that I have not seen since April '06 by same daughter. I believe the drugs and other influences have caused her to neglect his needs. He was a tiny tot grass dancer until all this has gone down, so he has been exposed to his heritage but his mother and her friends are keeping him from it now.

My sister is a doctor and yesterday she got a big breakdown but really HUGE ONE. I asked her once and again what was going up and she kept telling me: I don't want that hospital! I don't want that hospital.
I tried to find out more but she simply closed and did not want to talk then she fell asleep some hours but after she was crying again saying she was tired. I know she got lot of responsabilities and I know she feels only another doctor understands her but anyway I want to cheer her up or make her feel better. Does anyone know how to do it? Does anyone have a doctor at home?

My sister has been slapped (once) hes lied to her, i think hes cheated on her also. Shes in love. Wants him to come over for thanksgiving. I told her it would be suicide for him. Live about hour away. Anywho is it true the more i tell her i h8 him the stronger their bond will be? My family believes I was date raped, but I am feeling confused. I went out with some friends. There is one in particular that I found attractive and although I enjoyed the attention & the flirting in my sober mind had no intention or desire to act on this attraction. The drinks came frequently and fast. It was all fun as far as I can remember until I can't remember. I black out before even leaving the bar. Once we get back to my friends house I remember only foggy moments, but not any contact. The next thing I know I am waking up in my bed. The next day my friend tells me I had sex. At first I felt like this was just a really embarassing thing that happened while I was in a black out. I felt horrible, but never felt like I could blame anyone, but myself. I continued to be some what friendly with these people because still I felt embarassed and responsible. Sober I would have not consented. I feel so confused & violated, but have a hard time calling what happened date rape.

I am talking to this guy, and I added him to my address book. When I did I typed the wrong name. Because he is a new friend I have not really had to call him by his name. Last night I decided to send him an email and I called him the wrong name twice. It was a mistake and I sent him an email saying sorry. The thing is I have slept with this guy while thinking the whole time his name was something else based on what I typed in my address book.

Do you think I hurt his feelings? The guy's name that I called him I did not sleep with that guy nor do I even know a guy named that. I don't even know where I got the name from that I called him. Also I will add that when we slept together he got performance anxiety so I don't know if I have added salt to the wound or not, and no I did not call any names when we slept together. This was really a mistake. This guy is just suppose to be a booty call, but he speaks to me everyday. Tell me what you think. What have I done if anything.

Please check first my question from before. This has to do with it. My friend now has been sent to boarding school to a place that's half the country away from where I live. I miss her a lot, but her parents seem to be content with where she is. I've heard that she's made new friends there, and I'm happy for her. I know last time I was told to listen to what my parents think is best, but I've realized that many of my friends are having the same problems at school as the one I talked about last time. I'm in college and I'm writing a report about Fighting with in a relationship. I really would like it if you can be honest about your answers all I need to know is your age, gender and how long have you been with your boy/girl friend, fiance, wife/husband. Also can you give a little detail if your fights have always escalade or just ended with a hug and a kiss. I'm also runing around campus asking the exact question.

im 20 years old and my boyfriend is 21 hes a soldier in the U.S army. we've met trough friends we started dating then we fall in love. but the main thing is im still living with my father, he doesnt even allowed me to even talk to guys, hes not the kind of people that you could sit down and have a heart to heart with if any of you ever seen the movie selena then abraham is just like my dad execpt he would never acept my choice at the end then understand he would think its disrecpectful just to tell him im in love. but my boyfriend want me to marry him and move in with him but im scared that if i get married and move out my father will forever hate me and never talk to me for the rest of his life. but i want to be with the love of my life i want to be my own women but my dad wont let me,

Not expect too much out of your relationships? Doesn't it seem that when you expect too much, you often end up being disappointed and let down? In my case, twice in a row, i've ended up in long term relationships where the person often made promises (empty ones), but never made good on their word. So, i've found that in my current relationship, i'd rather just expect nothing, ask for nothing, and let whatever happens happen; rather then getting my hopes up, and being disappointed, and that seems to work so far. Is there a way to have low expectations, but still maintain high standards?
