Well how do you feel about this person. Do you have any interest in him, perhaps it is a signal. Or maybe he really appreciates his friendship with you! Do you feel like he is trying to persue the friendship further. Sometimes, our friends, make thebest relationships, becasue usually when you start out friends, there is never anything hidden because there is not conflict of interest. If it is something that you are not interested in then make it clear. You are the only one that can percive his signals. Do what your heart says, that is the best advice.
