why are women so deceiving and fake?

OK not all women are like that.. but there are some.. deceiving and fake women and i can't understand WHY!!!! so if you are not like that then don't get all hurt.. but i'm just trying to understand...

Sounds to me like you had some kind of confrontation with someone close to you and you are taking it out on the yahoo community by saying that women are fake. Well it works both ways with men and women. Whatever happend with you and this person, try to work it out before jumping to conclusions that we are fake and deceiving.

Obviously your question is very generalized. If you'd like a genuinely helpful response, I'd suggest you provide more detail. For example, what happened to lead you to your conclusion? Perhaps you might consider the fact that sometimes, some people, men and women, are deceitful, and that there are probably many reasons, some understandable, some malicious, that some people sometimes are deceitful or fake.

I think it has a lot to do with self-confidence and self-respect.

So many women, especially young ones, are so unsure of who they are that they decide they should try and be more like someone else. They don't learn to develop their own backbone and self-esteem that way and it is very hard to be friends with them or trust them. You just never know from one day to the next what person they are going to try and be that day.

Look at all the kids in school that are ostracized because they don't have the "right" brand of shoe or blue jeans, that don't own a cell phone, that don't listen to the same kind of music as "everyone else". It is incredibly hard to be yourself and not be a faceless member of the crowd.

A lot of those women have deep personal problems.

At least from my experience anyways. I had a LOT of friends who were like that and they all had a lot of unresulved issues, they were very confused about who they were and had very low self esteem. But you would never guess that at first because they come off so content, happy and are usually very critical of other people. Ever notice that these women can't keep a man more then a few months?

I think this question would be appropriate for all people not just women. It's a great question. People behave that way for a variety of reasons. Low self esteem, pride, shame, low morals, etc. But, in my opinion the biggest reason is that they CHOOSE to be that way. No matter how crappy a life someone has had, they still have a CHOICE in who they want to be.

Women are not deceiving and fake on the contrary I think women are better person then men (I'm a man).

I think some women are the way you describe them as the results of mistreatment by men.

Don't make humankind characteristics as womankind characteristics. Some women are probably bad but it's just a matter of being human.

The ones that are deceiving and fake are the insecure ones, yeah, they do give us womena bad name, but I believe in karma, and what goes around, comes around.

Its not just women - its people. Men are like that too, it usually is because they don't trust anyone and keep themselves guarded.

Or they could be incredible narsicistic/egocentric and are only concerned with their own needs and don't care how that affects other people.
