my husband and i were fighting on the phone, he turned his phone off and i left a message on his answering machine saying i cheated....... but i really didn't, he did but i have no hard proof. i want to get a divorce and alimony, but he said if i try to get alimony he saved my message and will show it to the judge and therefore i can't get alimony because i "committed adultry" is that true? i really didn't he is the one who did but i left that stupid message and now he's gonna use it against me. he abandoned me and has abused me and even got arrested for it and i thought after all i've been through i can at least get alimony and now he is screwing that up for me too, what can i do? can i deny it? i mean i did leave the message, it just seems like he is getting away with murder and i am the innocent one and i'm getting screwed. I tried to hurt him by saying those things cuz he actually cheated on me and i wanted him to see how it felt and it didn't even phase him. but i didn't cheat!!!!

I know that she is the one and I can not lose her so I gave her a promise ring on her birthday because I want her to know that I want to be with her and only her and that I am commited to our relaionship. I do want to marry this girl someday but right now we are both too young for marriage. I gave her the ring and all was well she accepted and she was happy. The next day some stuff went down with her moms boy friend that really scared her and it was a problem that we had in the past which has not happened in two years. So the next day I come go to her house she explains all that happened and then told me couldnt be with me for fear that we would have the same problem again. Instead of making sure that our relationship would go on she broke up with me. We had been together for 2 1/2 years so i didnt rush things. Now we arent even together at all. Im really upset about itand i still want to be with her. Should i pursue this it has been two months already.

Its not a general question, its actually quite specific heres the situation...i JUST got my brand new super duper cellphone that cost like $600 lets just say its really unique and its really hard to get, then the girl im madly in love with was playing with it and droped it and it was no more T_T well the thing is...i really really like her, but she doesn't seem to want to pay for my lost, so should i just forget about the $600 and all that hard work to get the cellphone and be nice to this girl or should i sue her and give up all hope of her loving me T_T its a lose lose situation and im sad...

My boyfriend broke up with me about 4 months ago. When we broke up he said that he still wants a friendship and would still like to go on dates every now and then. So I felt that we ended on good terms. Since our break up I have felt that I am the only one trying to keep a friendship. For example, I am usually the only one to text him and when I do he either responds and is friendly or doesn't respond at all. what does this mean? And also, I recently saw him at a friends dance party and while I was there he came up to me and talked for awhile. He seemed to be acting kinda flirty and more himself than usual. What does this all mean? And how come he hasn't he taken me out on any more dates??

My neighbour has a lovely 2 year old who I took out for halloween. While out at the local mall I dropped into the hairdresser to cut the child's hair. When I arrived home and returned the child to the parents they were angry with me for cutting the hair, stating for religious purposes they keep it messy etc. I did not know that. Tonight the Father arrived at my door to show me the "blothched haircut". I did not answer the knock on the door. He called me onthe cellphone. He said he was here to show me the terrible haircut I had given the child and how she looked now. I told him to "count me out as a friend". He said "I will do that right now. I don't need you". These people were good friends of mine and now we are not speaking and I am afraid of what they might do later....perhaps a lawsuit or something. Need help now.

last friday i called this girl from my gym class and i told her that i liked her and if she was free this weekend, i would like to do something. she said she actually had a ton of homework but maybe later...

keep in mind that a guy has never told her they liked her (shes a dating virgin) so she may very well have been taken back and unsure of what to say, maybe even nervous.

well, this week we havent talked that much, only asking how your doing and saying hi. she and i have missed a couple days anyways, so i really havent had the chance to bring up the subject.

now that you have the details, where should i go from here? i was thinking about calling her tomorrow night, and asking her again if shes free or telling her my feelings and why and getting her opinion on the subject. or i could forget the whole thing and just move on (id prefer not to~this girl is very pretty!)

btw im in high school, im 16, drive, and ive dated before... so im not new to this. but im confused!!!!

am a married person. One day I told playfully about another girl to my wife that the girl is beautiful. The girl was working in my office. From that day my wife have become upset and she is suspicious that I have illegal contacts with her.
I told many times that I have told for fun but could not make my wife believe me. Now We are in the stage of total upset. Everyday we quarrel each other. I have no idea of how to clear her suspicion.
