My ex is angry because I am having a child support modification done. He is going through a divorce right now after having an affair. I asked him to keep girlfriend away from spending nights with him when he has our son. He just does what he wants to do anyway. So I also had an injunction in place to keep her away while he has our son. He is acting like a teenager and does inapproaite things around our son. He is very uncomfortable with these things. I have sole custody of him since 1998. He says he doesn't show him enough attention around that girl . So as a good mother I'm trying to protect my son. We just found out he is up to something and wants more time so he doesn't pay as much child support. My son doesn't want his life to change at all. Its already changed to much thanks to his father. He was married to his wife for 7 years. She was the one who took care of my child. I've been married to his step-father for 8 years and he is in a very loving stable home. Anything he can do???

My mother in law is in her mid 50's and in perfect health. She is in a commission based job in which she has not made a sale in about 10 months. She has lived on credit cards since then and has pretty much maxed those out. We are paying her household bills (rent, utilities) since we are living in her house, but may have to start paying her car, insurance, credit, etc. bills to keep her out of financial trouble and repossession. She will not get a regular hourly job as she insists that the market will pick up and that she is not qualified to do anything. We have 3 kids and would like a place of our own with our family. If we leave, she will lose her house which is really well priced if she were to be able to support herself and live alone, but it is much too small for all of us. We cannot pay rent and bills for 2 houses. Should we feel obligated to support her financially? If so, would you stay and pay a cheaper rent or move to a bigger place in a better area? Please help!!

My gay uncle in law is 50 years old, he has never had a girlfriend or been out on a date with a woman.

My husband and I thought he was gay and we googled his email and found out he belonged to several famous gay social clubs with his pictures on the websites. He is openly gay to everyone but the family. We never said anything to the family.

He has a male “friend” that has lived in his one bedroom apartment for the past 2 years. They even wear wedding rings on their left hands, but taken them off when they visit the family.

They are gay and out of the closet with their friends, but why do they avoid saying their gay to the family? I know my uncle in law knows we all know he is gay, but he dances around the subject and has never officially said it.

The family (except me and my husband) are very old school Catholic, but they have said they know he was born this way.

Why hasn’t he come out of the closet yet to his family? No one has said anything to him about it.

He is in contact with an old flame. They had a baby together 18 years ago, but never married. He then went into the military (go figure). I got mixed answers from him when I asked him about it. He said it was about his daughter, etc. So I contacted her via email then via instant messages. And what she said totally contradicts what he says (of course). She told me he still has feelings for her/still loves her, and forwarded me emails that were sent from him. However, there is nothing concrete written in the emails. He thought I was reading his email (and I was) then the emails to her stopped, but phone calls continued. Also, he travels a lot. And he lies...about little stuff like paying a bill. He said he paid, then I get the bill in the mail with a finance charge cuz it was never paid. And he says "I don't know what happened to the check" but it has never cleared either. We have 2 youngsters at home (under 4) and have been married 5 years. My 2nd marriage, his 3rd. Help!

Ive been dating this girl for a little while now, weve been out four times already. Since date one, shes been trying to seduce me. I on the other hand, just want to take things slow and get to know her. I dont see her a "gf" material for now. Im not that type that just can sleep around with anyone. The furthest ive gone with her is Third base, and thats it for me at this point. Last weekend was a different story, after clubbing I invited her over to my place to get something to eat. I made it perfectly clear that is all my intention, she said ok. At my place she begins to seduce me, and i ended up in bed with her. We were going through the ropes of making love, I decided it was too fast, and I stopped and told her that I should take her home. Do you think i pissed her off? what should I do now? she has called me, to ask "how I was doing", through my voicemail? I didnt return her call. So its been 4 days since I last talked to her. she is in nursing school and has to work all the time when not at school. My sister and her husband are building a house, and my ex is coming to paint my niece's room. We haven't talked on the phone the whole time, the only contact i have had with her is when I sent her lilies to work, and she texted me back saying thanks that they were beautiful. I have called and she hasn't returned calls, and I have texted and no other texts have been sent to me. The truth is that I thought I found my soulmate among friends. We were like too peas in a pod. Our plans were to do everything together travel, marrage, kids. We both around the same time found our loves and are both truley happy. Even they get along. There is a big differance though, she has a one year old and is 8 month with number two. I remember the day she said that she might be pregnet, I was pissed. and then when I found out she planed it I was even more pissed. I want to make the dinner, instead of getting it through a catering company, which could cost more. It consists of shrimp cocktail, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn, breadroll and iced tea. That is going to cost us 35.00 a plate. Dont you think I should do it myself and cut the cost down. My fiance says he doesnt want me to get my hands dirty. But if you think of it, the mashed potatoes and corn are not expensive and they are charging for labor. So our budget will be less than expected. So do you think I should listen to my fiance and spend that extra money that a plate shouldnt cost, or get my hands dirty as to wake up early and slave over a hot stove? What would you do if you were in a tight budget?

I was with my man for 3 years. I broke up with him 12 days ago on hois voice mail because he would not reyurn my calls from a arugument we had. he has been non attentive and selfish. I am getting a divorce after 6 years of marriage and many problems from my hubby. you name it...it was done! I have not had feelings for my hubby for about 2 years now. Well, we are filing at the begining of the year to avoid upsetting anyone during the holidays including our kids.
