My boyfriend and I have been going out for two months. I'm 23, and he's my first relationship, and was even my first kiss - I know, it's crazy! Anyway, in January we're planning on moving away from home to a city and getting a house with a friend or two. We're even thinking of having our own bedrooms. This move isn't just to get away from home, but to find better jobs - we're both in film, and film doesn't happen in small towns. If we move there seperately, we'd visit each other all the time. It would be more financially beneficial to live together, right?

My question is, for those of you who've done the "living together" thing, is this a good set-up and idea? He's not just my boyfriend, he's my friend, you know? And I think we'd be wonderful roommates. But is this a disaster waiting to happen, even though I can't foresee anything bad happening now?

I recently found out what I had expected for the last year. That my fiance whom I have a child with and been together with for the last 5 years had been having an affair with a guy she used to work with. She claims that it is over between them and that I am the one she wants to be with forever. 6 months ago she wanted to leave and get her own place, we worked things out only for me to find this out now. Her own place was going to be paid for by this other guy, who is married, with 2 kids, one just born recently. I am at a loss on what to do, I love her but am scared of being hurt again. Should I forgive and forget knowing what they have done together? Should I put him through the same stuff he has put me through over the last year by letting his wife know what is going on? He came off as a friend to the family, we have done our kids bday parties together so that just makes it worse. Knowing the two of them were sneaking around behind my back. Please advise. Thank you.

What does it mean if a guy that you like won't approach you even when your on your own, (and he's with his friends and his friends are like, " Look she's on her own") but looks over at you a lot, and just generally stares at any opportunity. Ladies, Would you stay in a relationship in which you would be financially better off by yourself? I'm not talking about supporting each other. I mean in a situation where you pay all the bills, i mean for every little thing, gas, rent, grocery utilities, school everything. You are in a relatively good paying job but not able to save.

If by yourself you could save for back to school etc. But the guy is a good father, helps around the house etc.

I am a SAHM and we have a 6 year old son whom we homeschool. My DH got a job 1 hour away and we would like to move closer to work. We want to rent but can't find a place yet.
BIL tell mom they want to "help" us. BIL told mom he wanted to buy a property for us to rent. They tell us to go to moms and we all will diascuss it then. We went to moms and they sat us down, pulled out a budget form and showed us shack places and gave us a lecture "Why do you want to move"? Why can't you buy?" They basically ridiculed their mom by claiming she got it all wrong and they are not going to help us other than inform us what we need to do. This is not the second time. This time I told them off, my MIL told them off and my DH is going to yet tell them off. I told DH :"no more mrs nice guy". I am going to be bluntly honest. I am tired of the tummy aches and headaches I get because I am so nervous around them. Any ideas on how to keep them from doing this again?

So, my boyfriend is still friends with his ex (he broke up with her), and to make things even more difficult.... I am also friends with her. I know they're like best friends, and I know I cannot stop them from hanging out (and I wouldn't try) But it still hurts to hear about them hanging out together when I'm not there, N about how she just shows up at his house to hang out, N about how much fun they have because I know she still likes him(even tho she is seeing someone). I don't complain about her, and I don't say anything when he talks about her because I don't want him to think that I'm nagging or jealous or anything, but idk, what should I do? Would it be a bad idea to bring it up or should I just leave the subject alone?

I had a falling out with a female friend. She believed that I had interest in her beyond that of a friend and I was just acting like a friend to get closer to her, eventhough I consistently denied it. I don't have interest in her in anything more than friend and I felt insulted that she would not trust me and believe that I was not acting with pretense. I stopped talking to her and distanced myself completely from her. However, I had one of those nights last night where I felt guilty for reacting so harshly and I do miss the friendship. So I sent her an e-mail apologizing for the way I had been reacting recently. I explained that I distanced myself because I felt hurt and insulted that she had not trusted me in the past. I apologized for expecting her trust unconditionally and not earning it. I also emphasized that I did not have interest in her as anything more than a friend and that I hoped things could be just as they were before. So what do you think?

my friend's husband has been trying to get with me since september. he stole a kiss from me while his wife was waiting for us in the car. my boyfriend wanted to go beat him up but i didnt let him because my friend" sister didnt let me. i stopped talking to my friend so that her husband would back away but he hasnt he looks for excuses to have her call my home and he talks to me also i dont say anything because i dont know how she would react.Im having problems with my boyfriend because of this since her husband began to come to my house lookking for me.
