Before I met my husband, I liked him but I was not as crazy about him as he was for me. One year I had a pretty terrible birthday and I called him crying about it and two days later he took me to a hotel and it was all decorated and he had candles everywhere. That touched my heart so much and I felt so loved at that moment and I felt that was a turning point for me.

When my wife and I met we both knew within a couple of hours that we were meant to be. It is hard to explain the feeling but we just knew. We were married 5 months after we met, that was 11 happy years ago.

I've been married twice...the first time I was 19...we met when I was 18...I was very interested, but not 'head over heels' but he proposed 2 months later and I was all about that...it lasted 7 yrs before we split up...
Second time I was about 29 or 30...we were taking a college class together...I thought he had pretty eyes...there was interest, but again not "WOWIE"...we dated about 2 yrs before getting married, and split up 17 months later...
I've don't think of "rest of my life" when I meet guys I like...I think "as long as it's good and right for both of us"...if that happens to be the rest of (one of our) lives, then great...but chances are, considering how people grow and change at different rates and in different ways, it's unlikely...

I was ready to divorce my first husband due to emotional and physical abuse to my children. I known this man for four years, due to the kids talking to him while he drove the bus we were on every Friday. I started talking to him myself as he told the kids he was divorced, and I can't believe how wowed I was. I divorced my husband and we now have been together for 8 years and known each other for 13. I believe in destiny and it was meant to be that I married my first husband otherwise I would have never met my husband now who has helped me raise my four children

Good question- Initially, I was intrigued, then couldn't get enough of him! Now, I am very comfortable and settled in my ways with him, our life, and familly! I love him as much as I did in the beginning, just in a variety of different ways! We were together for @ 4 months before I decided that this was it!
