Last night was my second date with this guy. We didn't kiss the first date. We were both too nervous. Anyway, he walked me to the front door and asked for a kiss. I wanted to, but my dad was right inside the house. I didn't want to kiss in front of my dad. My parents would have teased me terribly (they're very immature). I told him my dad was inside. We ended up just hugging, which was actually nice cause I didn't know how he felt about me. Like, at the movie he didn't put his arm around me or anything. I thought maybe he wasn't ready for that.

So yeah, is it okay if I did that? He told my friend he still likes me. I'm pretty sure he understood why. I think he was nervous too anyway.

Oh, and he said we could kiss on our next date...

In case you haven't seen my other question, I am in high school and was, for a long time, heartbroken over being dumped by my first girlfriend. Since that time, I have realized that I have to move on, but how can I feel comfortable with other girls? Generally they seem to show no interest in me (and no I do not say anything very crude or offensive to them, and I don't touch them at all in an uncomforable way (in fact, I wish I could touch them at all)). In addition to losing my confidence enough, I've also developed a fairly noticeable acne problem since she broke up with me (though I have seen worse). My question is; how can I be comfortable enough with girls to flirt with them, and once I am, how do I do so?

my relationship for three years is really failing. im so willing to end it up, since its a long distance relationship. i had no oppurunity, because i dnt know where to contact him, he's transfering from one country to another because of his work. i tried emailing him, for him to call me, but he's not replying. suddenly he reached me through ym, my boyfreind and i just broke up yesterday and found out that he already have a new girlfriend. i hate what im feeling of being so depress and hurt right now. since i was also planning to set him free, for few months ago. is what im feeling weird? what will i do, it seems that he already have a new life, and i want to be ok asap? please help, i really feel so lonely right now.

I've been married for 2 months, I'm 26 and my husband is 29 and he's a Mama's Boy..We live with his mother not that we need to..She's afraid to be alone. How can I get him to let go of those apron tails? I Need my own house. We have to be extra quiet when having sex, we have to sneak beers in to the house to drink and she's always asking where are we going and complaining about being left alone. Me and my best friend have been best friends for about 2 years. I have no doubt in my mind that we became best friends based on platonic feelings. But will a guy continue to be best friends with a girl if he has no intention of taking anything any further? Most people who know us/meet us think that we're a couple already, so is he giving off signs that I can't see? i'm 15 and so is he. so whenever we were in history class last year, he kepton asking me how the tests went for me.. but then when we get them back he braged that he got A's. And then on the street, he randomly called out my name, and started asking me if i knew for the final would be graded. i mean hello!! do i look like the teacher?? I never gave my name to him and his friends don't know me. he was in the history class after mine.. so he couldn't have known my name from class.
my friend says he's not shy at all.. so if he liked me.. wouldn't he have already asked me out?
so this year we have a class together, but it's been 4 weeks and he hasn't said anything. nonetheless, i find him staring at me all the time. and today he finally talked to me to see if i understood a concept. all i said was "no". i felt so awful afterwards!! do you think he'll talk to me again? what does it seem like he wants?

Ok, here it is...

A good close male friend of mine is becoming a lot more "close" to me, its quite obvious to me that he wants more than just friendship as do i....but there's a major problem that comes in the way (something that means there is 0 chance of us ever being together) - i didnt want to mention this but im going to get an arranged marriage you see, but he wont.

We both know there is no chance, yet for some reason slowly our friendship keeps progressing...

Now i know that I can prevent anything from happening, i can even stop myself getting emotionally attached to him, but im not too sure about him

He knows the consequences but he still seems to take things further, as if he cant stop himself - like talking and texting a lot more, getting involved in my life - getting attached! He is willing to take that risk - what shall i do? I can tell that he really doesnt want to ruin my future but he cant resist.

I dont want to lose him as a friend, i really dont!

I have met this girl about a month ago that is one of my friends friend. Last time I seen her was at weekend and alot of people have told me she really likes me, but is to scared to tell me. i have this friend that i`ve known for about 2 years.. when i first saw him in my class in freshman year i already liked him then but he seemed like a quiet kind of guy. so later on his asked for my number cause me and his friends are all going on a trip together so he started calling me everyday and we talked for hours everynight. but not long ago he got a girlfriend. but then he never told anyone about it except for me and his girlfriend lives about 400 miles away.. but all my friends thinks that we go out. so i told them about my friend`s girlfriend but they didn`t believe it. they said that it could be a fake. the only thing that`s weird is that he still walks me to class and he would wait for me in front of my classes everyday and he still calls me everyday and he would ask me to go over to his house like every weekend . so i really don`t know what to think of him. what should i do?

my wife passed away last year, we were seperated. Anyway i have a 6yr old daughter. Who i brought up mostly by myself. its coming up 2 her mums birthday im not to sure what we should do about it. She is now coping fine. talks about mummy when she wants to to me or fiance. dated a guy on and off for 6 years. after broke up ran into him for 2 years straight at christmas. He left and went away to college but we kept in touch. I started seeing someone else and got engaged to him. a few weeks before i got married i called him and told him i still loved him. He didn't respond that night. My mother told me recently that he tried to call everyday after that for months, but she always said I wasn't there, and he always said to have me call him back. Now, I am miserable and can't get him out of my head. I want to contact him, but he is married now with 2 kiids. I am also still married, but not happily. It has been a long time, but God keeps putting signs out that say to contact him. Help!!! I know I should leave this alone, but I don't think I can...
