getting drunk and making out with someone and "playing" is hardly rape. Your as much to blame for putting yourself in that position . Secondly I think youd know if someone took your virginity by the presence of blood down there. Um did you wake up naked with your panties on the floor? That would be a good sign to take a pregnancy test. Hopefully all is well and you learned a lesson . Being drunk and slutty is a good way to make a baby . Lastly Id be carefull about accusing someone of rape when you were obviously a willing participant, as he was not forcing himself on you at all. Only real weirdos would actually screw a girl after she passed out , chances are he passed out as well.

Have you ever asked him directly?
Have a doctor check you, but if you felt or noticed a discharge in your privates, chances are that something happened. Get a check up anyway, to confirm you don't have a disease you don't want, or are pregnant.
Then, if it still does not feel right, GO TO THE POLICE! He is probably counting on you being too scared, to get away with it.

if you wake up next to them, no matter what they say i would go get a pregnacy test. often times you cant remeber what you did when you were drunk but eventually it should come back to you. my advice is dont hang out with guys you dont trust while very drunk.

I think the only way to know for sure would be go to the doctor and they could check for sperm residue, etc but if you've taken a bath or shower I don;t know if it would still showup

First of all you shouldn't be getting drunk With people that you don't trust. Second of all, is your hymen intact? third of all take a pregnancy test if you miss your period and then get tested for STD's since IF he did something to you you might have caught something nasty

umm you would know if you don't your too young to be drinking!Go to your parents ASAP!They will be more worried about your health/safety than the acohol you consumed!Goodluck

a doctor can give you an examine that can tell you, i would be worried, ask him, tell him you are going to the doc and see if he tells you
