I've never managed to have a proper brotherly/sisterly relationship with a guy ever - they all seem to flirt, joke and tease!

About 3 months ago I started college and met a great guy in my first class. It took us till a week ago to finally hang out beyond school. We went out, had a great time, and have spent time together since then. When we're alone we hold hands, kiss, and it's great. We have both admitted we like each other, but I'm still not sure where things are going. I don't date much becuase I have been in a lot of bad relationships, and he recently finalized a divorce and is still trying to get custody of his kid. I've never been in a relationship/friendship/whatever you'd call it like this. I'm not used to guys who actually take things slow. If anyone has any advice as far as what I should and shouldn't do and how to "tough it out" until it's official. Please just give me your advice and input. Feel free to email me or IM me too. I am still CRAZY about my ex wife. We have been divorced for 8 years but have been on and off a lot since then. Over the past year, she has been to drug and alcohol counseling is is doing GREAT with it. I have demonstrated that I am very supportive of her and we have spent a lot of time together now. It stirred up old feelings in me for her and I let her know that. We have had sex several times BUT she has a boyfriend in prison ( in a year now and has 3 or 4 more years to do ). She let me know she is still "into" him and he got a prison tattoo with her name REALLY large on his back now. She hasn't completely shut me down and I continue to be supportive but the sex stopped when I told her how I felt. I would love to make it work with her but I really feel I need more in a relationship. Should I continue to be patient or ask her really cute friend out ?

I met this boy at a party and it seemed like he wanted to get my number but he didnt ask. Fate had it we bumped into each other the next day in the street! and he asked me out for a coffee. we spent about 5 hours together, walking and talking by the river. We swapped numbers and a few weeks went past and a few texts but not many. he was on holiday and busy working but then he texted me and asked me out for coffee or drinks. theres a guy i like ALOT. We hang out and stuff but im afriad he MIGHT be turning abusive. Whenever i " mouth off" to him he hits me across the face & tells me to shut the F*** up Before he hits me harder. & the other day i accidentely hit his leg when i was moving mine, so he grabbed onto my leg n started punching it as hard as he could & now i have 6 bruises all up and down my leg. He also twisted my arm around n did sumthin to my wrist cuz now i have bruises on my wrist n i think itso ut of place. He does this in a somewhat" jokenly" manner. He's never made me bleed er ne thing. Is he starting to turn into an abusive guy? or am i exxatruaing?

My anniversery is comming up soon, what i wanting to know is, when i got married i got a wife a very inexpensive wedding ring and band because I didn't have that much income comming in. For our anniversery im wanting to get her a more expensive ring.

Would it be best to have the new anniversery ring on her right hand? Or could i have her have the new anniversery ring on the left, make the original ring a wedding band and remove the old plain wedding band? Need some suggestions.
